We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The house is exactly like in the pictures – clean, well-equipped and very cozy. The location is great, close to everything we needed, and the host was super attentive and helpful from start to finish. We would definitely go back and recommend to those looking for comfort and tranquility.

I've had an excellent experience in this house! The property is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well maintained, comfortable and very well located. The rooms are airy, tastefully decorated and extremely functional. The kitchen was complete and equipped, the rooms had clean and comfortable bedding, and all the spaces conveyed a welcoming feeling of home.

It was an incredible day, house as described, comfortable, everything clean, we were very well attended. Quiet, quiet condominium. The beach is nearby, we went on foot, the waterfall is beautiful, it's really worth visiting. Bernardo is an excellent host, always asking if everything was okay, he gave us great tips about the place, and when I needed him, he responded very quickly. He facilitated our check-in and checkout. There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

There were 7 of us, 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The children played and enjoyed that beautiful park. The house was very comfortable, the pool being fenced gave us peace of mind. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathrooms were fine. I would come back and I will recommend it to my friends and family. Wonderful resort, plenty to do with the family. Flawless apt, it looked like it was in a hotel, clean, bedding, towels sniffing cleaning! New furniture and utensils, cozy beds, all wonderful! I'll definitely come back more often! Mr. Jorge responded very quickly and did not help us with everything that was needed! I loved the apartment and the resort ♥️

We went on holiday, 8 adults and 4 children and the apartment met our expectations. The room is very wide and with the beautiful peculiar view of King's Landing. The kitchen offers a lot of utensils and a good look out for a private barbecue. There are insects on the spot, but nothing atypical for the place. Hosts offer bed and bath linens, which makes travel easier. The condominium is great with beach and club option. The possibility of flexibility at check-in and checkout made a difference.

I was very welcome! The place is amazing! I loved it all! It makes you want not to go home! A paradise! And the best I felt safe, the condominium's environment is very familiar. In short, it was the best tour I've ever taken! A lot of nature around, there's no disliking! A lot of gratitude!

Our stay at Jeane's property was excellent! There were 7 of us and the apartment was good, with comfort, cleanliness and privacy. Communication was easy and the host was very considerate. The slopes had already been reported, but we accessed everything by car without difficulty. We don't use the resort vans, but we see them running all the time. Checking in with the key safe made it a lot easier. We had a setback with the foot of the bed, but Jeane responded quickly. Some items, such as the air conditioning in the room, did not work immediately, possibly due to the batteries in the controls. We also forgot the tip about the boiler, which takes a while, but it worked well. The view is beautiful, the block is quiet and the property is well equipped, with towels, blankets, shampoo, soap and conditioner. We had the misfortune of the marina beach and the club pools being deactivated, but we still enjoyed a speedboat ride leaving the marina. We intend to return and have already recommended the property to family and friends!

My family's stay was perfect! starting with the fact that the apartment is already located on the beach sand, you walk a little bit and you are already in the sea, the condominium is gated and has absolutely everything you need to not leave it, communication with the host was very easy, she answered and solved what we needed, the apartment is wonderful, everything extremely clean, organized and has all the necessary appliances inside it, I am delighted! The apartment was as in the photos, it was clean and prepared for us. Alessandro was very clear with all the information, gave us all the attention we needed, instructed us very well for entry and exit and even facilitated a special request of ours. We didn't have any issues, we will definitely be back.

We traveled as a family (5 people and 1 pet) and the apartment accommodated all of us perfectly. Easy access and prime location. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and airy. All the spaces were well complete: American-style kitchen, well equipped, appliances in great condition, we did not miss any utensils; bathrooms with towels, soap, toilet paper, hot water; large rooms, with fragrant bed linen, air conditioning; the large living room, with TV, fan, with sofa and armchairs, dining table. The condominium is orderly, organized, clean, safe and the highlight is the access to the Marina for boarding boats or even for walking. We took 2 tours and the boatman (indicated by Jayme) picked us up exactly at the condominium's marina - luckily, it was possible to see turtles. WE LOVE everything! We feel at home. It was a wonderful weekend and we will certainly return. Thank you for everything, Jayme! A thousand stars to you.

Oveillon was MARAVILHOSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, had fireworks, show on the beach etc..... thanks to Caio, of course!!!!!!!!!!!! My family loved the penthouse at the Porto Real resort, it was a week of happiness, jokes, walks , tanning, etc...... I recommend to anyone who wants to rest and have fun at the same time, everything was wonderful, from the arrival to our departure. Caio, thank you so much for everything and we will definitely return in a brief opportunity. Great 2025 with lots of health, achievements etc.....

The apartment is large and cozy held very well all my family members, the kitchen utensils were very useful, very good bathrooms and rooms as well. The balcony is great and the view of the sea is not even spoken, a painting! I recommend with my eyes closed, we live wonderful and very blessed days there!
