Amazing stay in a super convenient location. Very clean, private, comfortable, nice, well designed.

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

This was the second time I’ve stayed in Albert’s penthouse in Parq Ubud and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s a very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean environment that very much feels like a home. The Parq facilities - gym, 3 pools, sauna, multiple restaurants and abundant co-working space make the complex extremely self-contained and like its own little luxurious village a mere 10mins by scooter taxi from central Ubud. Albert is an exceptionally supportive, kind and communicative host. Thank you for another amazing stay! 🙏

The listing is pleasantly decorated with modern and good amenities. Location is central but away from noise. There is also a convenience store across the street. Unit is at the 2nd floor of the building, guests will have to walk 2 flights of stairs before reaching the unit.

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der Unterkunft und es war alles super. Anna ist sehr herzlich und bemüht! Ihr Team rund um Yanti hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert: sie haben auf alle Anfragen super schnell reagiert und waren immer freundlich und herzlich. Ein großes Dankeschön 💜 Die Unterkunft an sich war im Neubaugebiet von Pererenan, direkt an den Reisfeldern gelegen. Dort ist es deutlich ruhiger als in Canggu - das fand ich toll. Dennoch ist man in wenigen Rollerminuten überall und hat eine wunderbare Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Für viele ein wichtiger Punkt: Hier hat’s nie muffig gerochen und hab auch keinen Schimmel. 🙌 Man merkt Annas europäischen Qualitätsanspruch. 😉 Einziges Manko: Tagsüber war rundherum ein bisschen Baustelle zu hören. An Tagen, an denen ich zuhause gearbeitet habe, war das etwas störend. Das dürfte sich aber ja bald erledigt haben. 😊 Wenn wir das nächste mal in der Gegend sind, würde ich tatsächlich gerne wiederkommen! Liebe Grüße an das gesamte T

Had an excellent stay in Wayan's villa. Peaceful and quiet, set amongst a lush garden backdrop, and walkable to Ubud town centre. The space was spotless and the host was always responsive. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

A villa e o apartamento são exatamente como nas fotos — muito bonitos, bem decorados e confortáveis. Tivemos uma estadia agradável e o anfitrião foi muito atencioso: quando tivemos um pequeno problema com vazamento de água no ar-condicionado, ele rapidamente enviou alguém para resolver no mesmo dia. A localização pode não ser ideal para todos os viajantes. Fica um pouco afastada da praia e das áreas mais turísticas, e os arredores ainda têm aspectos que poderiam ser melhorados, como trechos com esgoto a céu aberto. No entanto, com uma moto ou outro meio de transporte, é possível se locomover com facilidade e aproveitar melhor tudo o que Bali oferece. Um ponto de melhoria seria o banheiro, que não possui box — o que faz com que o piso fique todo molhado após o banho. Não chega a ser um grande problema, mas vale estar ciente. Recomendamos a estadia para quem busca um lugar bonito, tranquilo e está disposto a se locomover um pouco para explorar a região.

We have stayed here before and loved the place so much we booked again. Fantastic spot, especially if you hire a scooter to get yourself around. LOADS of great options for a feed at all hours of the day. Quiet for the location, rooms and pools are well maintained, and host communication couldn't be better. SUPER grateful for Yosephine's help with accommodation when our flight home was impacted by the recent volcano activity. Can't recommend staying here enough.

Great place to stay! The staff were so friendly and helped me with every question that I had. The location is good, I would recommend getting a scooter if you plan on visiting different spots, it’s not that close to any major beaches but very quiet and peaceful. Only problem was the shower took so long to get the hot water going. Overall a very good stay

Mein Aufenthalt bei Kadek und Novi war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Aber auch ihre Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft war bezaubern. Vielen Dank für ein paar schöne Tage bei euch in Ubud.

We loved staying at at Wayan’s place. The space is gorgeous and is just the perfect size for a couple. The villa is hidden behind a coffee shop that does fantastic coffee and the staff are super friendly. The area is bustling with lots of little boutiques and restaurants within walkable distance. Then a quick Gojek or Grab connects you easily with the hustle and bustle of Canggu. Wulan who helps look after the villa is wonderful and shared so many recommendations, she was also quick to help out when my husband accidentally locked me out. The pool is more of a plunge pool size, so if you hoping for something to swim laps in, this may not be the pool villa for you. However, it was perfect size for us and the sound of the water added to the ambience of the villa. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. If we’re ever in Pererenan again, we will definitely be back.

In the middle of Canggu. You can walk anywhere you want

I stayed here for a month and it could not have been more perfect. Close to tons of great restaurants, bars, cafe, nightlife and many beaches, the Villa is still in a quiet street without noise. Perfect for just enjoying the pool or the balcony. The room is big enough to live there, the desk is perfect for working, the bed great and the couch for reading and resting. The team taking care of the garden, pool and rooms is super friendly as well and Indra made sure that everyone has everything they need and is always available. No complains at all, will be back for sure. Quite a special place in that area.

My buddy and I had a great stay, but I'll just list the pros and cons Pros: - Location: Walking distance to la Favela, Mexicola and convenience stores - Ease to travel out (Property wasn't too far off from Canggu/Seminyak) - Near to convenience stores - Good communication with the supervisors and managers - 24/7 security guard - Parking space for motorcycles - Reasonably priced Cons: - One of the showers was draining a little slowly so it was pooling slightly during showers - One of the toilets had to be manually turned on and off due to a leak - Access to the apartment is very dark at night - Apartment was a through an alleyway which may seem intimidating at night - Some food delivery riders was unable to find out apartment However, overall we had a great stay, it was a nice homely apartment, well furnished and it made us feel at home and very santai. Recommended space with a good team that communicates and with a homely apartment (With a water dispenser)

*This Penthouse is super amazing, the facilities and amanities were top notch. Supreme location in between berawa and seminyak (close to lots of high recommended coffee shop and resto, not far from beach and some famous bali beach club). Eventhough located between the busy area in Bali, at night is so quite and calming. Will absolutely going back to this place!

Ultimate modern comfort in Bali. I enjoyed my stay here with all the modern amenities. My friends and I enjoy walking to near by cafes. And returning to chill with drinks at the villa. Location wise, it is 15 mins away to the beach club, so its perfect. Highly recommend.

Super fantastic. This Airbnb is on a higher level above any other. It is located in the middle of a nice resort, so there is access to all resort ammenities, which are high quality and very economical. The pool, gym, and restaurants on site are great. The host is fantastic, the staff are kind. The whole apartment is comfortable and in great condition. It is located 10 minutes from the beach, as well as a mall with a grocery store and many restaurants.

This air bnb was entirely fit for purpose for our stay, and so great that it was situated within a hotel. To have access to hotel amenities was fabulous. The construction outside was a bit noisy however our host was kind enough to let us know about it prior and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.

Room was a little bit run down here and there but an absolutely stunning location. Private beach acess down to Padang Padang and an epic sports bar across the road. The pools and gardens are beautiful. I had an excellent stay. Lots of nice places to eat nearby also. Location is 10 out of 10. Would definitely return. Cheers, Ash
