Large paved patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture and views over the acre of permaculture garden. Adults and children over 13 only (garden safety issues). Two mins walk to locals cafe, 2 mins drive to takeaways and bars, 5 mins to centre of town, coastal walkway, galleries, and museum. Ten mins drive to Pukekura park for Womad and Bowl concerts.

Cosy by the Sea

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

This is the perfect location for a beach holiday! Our one-bedroom guest suite is set in a tropical garden, and is a 2 minute walk to the beach. We are a pet free home. Not suitable for children under 12 years. The bedroom has a queen bed, with a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, jug, toaster, coffee plunger, microwave and blender. There is a bath for a long soak, and a separate shower. Guests have access to the laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Sorry there are no cooking facilities but a small fridge, microwave, jug, plates, cups, cutlery and also tea and coffee supplied. Te Henui walkway is 2 minutes walk away which leads you straight onto the foreshore walkway. Quick walk up the road to the locate supermarket, Pharmacy and Stumble Inn Cafe & Bar. Young Street Private Gem - So Close to Town

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge, kettle and toaster). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).
