Stavroula was a great host. We kept in touch for the check in time and was pretty flexible. The place was great and not even 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kalamata. The flat was clean, comfortable and convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kalamata.

Bel appartement confortable, agréable et propre . Mais attention = utilisation d une seule chambre si vous arrivez à 2 alors qu’on en voit 2 sur le site ! Si vous ne voulez pas dormir ensemble … une personne a droit au canapé ! Et pensez à apporter des boules Quies car les Grecs peuvent être bruyants la nuit ou le matin … 😬

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, ben arredato e con tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e in soggiorno, così come le TV). Posizione perfetta per vivere il vivace centro di Kalamata, comoda manche alla Marina, che si raggiunge a piedi in 20 minuti circa. La pulizia era impeccabile, buona anche la qualità delle spugne. Consigliatissimo!

Casa molto bella, ordinata e pulita situata in un'ottima zona, a due passi dal mare . Host molto gentile e sempre disponibile. La consiglio vivamente!

Fantastic spot for a walk in the town of Kalamata, friendly host and flexible. Spacious apartment, well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay again with my family.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kalamata! The location is fantastic—close to the Train Park Museum, 10 minutes from the port, and easy access to the center by walking or bus. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself is modern, cozy, and well-equipped. It features a comfortable living room, a small but fully stocked kitchen, a compact bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious bedroom, a small balcony, and even a parking spot if you have a car. The Wi-Fi was strong, making it perfect for remote work. On top of that, the apartment was spotlessly clean, which made it even more inviting and comfortable. Anna Maria, the host, is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Her thoughtful attention to detail really made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kalamata

We had a great stay, the apartment ist conveniently located and very central. Despite the central location, we could always find a parking within 3 min walking distance. The apartment was nice and had everything one needed. Δημήτρης is a nice host and communicates well.

Άψογος χώρος, καθαρός και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει όλες τις βασικές ανέσεις και βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, κοντά στην πλατειά. Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα

Stamos place was perfect. It is quiet, near to city and ocean. Stamo, her brother Thanasis and mother Anna are great! They are the most hospitable people we have ever met. Every day we got small snacks from them. Our daughter was playing with them and the cats and dogs for hours outside. They treated us like their family. We will never forget that. We hope to come back again one day. We highly recommend their place.

Εμμανουέλα a su être réactive à nos messages et nous a fourni un logement conforme à nos attentes. La terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue dégagée sur la mer. Une place de stationnement se trouve juste devant la porte mais beaucoup de places sont disponibles dans la rue si nécessaire.

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται μέσα σε ένα κτήμα με διάφορα δέντρα δίνοντας σου την ευκαιρία να έρθεις κοντά με την φύση και την ηρεμία.Κατα την άφιξη μας ή οικοδεσπότης πρόσφερε στον γιο μας κιμωλίες ώστε να ζωγραφίσει στο δάπεδο της αυλής κάτι που τον έκανε να χαρεί πολύ μιας που ήταν η πρώτη φορά που πήγαινε σε κατάλυμα.Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία,θα τα ξαναπούμε.

We loved everything about it. Peacefull, very relaxed and Ioanniss and Carmen are great hosts. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Hope to return and will definitely spend more time there. Koroni is also a very charming little town.

Great and well-taken care apartment. Large balcony and view. Stauvroula’s is a great communicator and answers to questions right away! This was our four time staying in Stauvroula’s place.

Wonderful vacation house. We rented one villa, friends another. Was 15 min to rock climbing spots and 18 min into the heart of Leonidio. Owner was very helpful and a quick communicator. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, especially rock climbers.

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

Le logement est très conforme aux photos Il est très propre et fonctionnel La vue est splendide et le coucher de soleil est juste magnifique L’accès direct à la piscine est un + La climatisation est très utile et fonctionne très très bien Nous avons eu la résidence pendant 4 jours à nous tout seul Pour nous il a pas eu beaucoup de choses négatives : le chemin qui mène à la résidence est en cailloux oui mais ne nous a pas du tout déranger La wifi n’est pas très bonne .. un tapis de douche aurait été utile et surtout quelques casseroles poêles et autres pour cuisiner . Seul un faitout je dis bien SEUL un faitout était disponible ! Je pense que vous pouvez remédiez à ça rapidement pour que votre logement soit juste PARFAIT Je recommande néanmoins cette location

We had a wonderful stay in Magnolia apartment at Arokaria! The apartment is great, and provides everything you need when you are on vacation. Very well equipped, modern clean and nice. The terrace has a beautiful view and furniture including sun beds. The host Pietro met us in the village to escort us to Arokoria, and had provided us with mineral water, breakfast ingredients, fruit and beer. before arrival. The location is perfect 50 meters from the beach and 10 minutes to Charakoria by car, the nearest village. I hope I'll come back soon and I highly recommend Arokaria.

Nous avons sillonné le sud du Péloponnèse pendant 15 jours, et nos deux nuits à Marathias resteront un magnifique souvenir. Les couchers de soleil sur la plage et la gentillesse d'Anna qui nous à offert des olives et de délicieux gâteaux sont à jamais dans nos cœurs ! L'appartement est comme sur les photo : simple mais confortable pour dormir, très propre et au calme. Le restaurant en bas est très agréable.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

Leuk appartement met leuke indeling en balkon naar zeezijde. Alhoewel Grandi niet een echt centrum heeft is de ligging in de buurt van meerdere restaurantjes perfect. Mooi zwembad. Toegang tot (weinig) strand is slecht. Ana is de perfecte gastvrouw.
