Villa holiday rentals in Manilva

We had a lovely stay with our family, was perfect for pool days with the kids. The villa was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great for walking to the beach and into the centre of San Pedro. We were warmly welcomed by Vilma, who provided clear instructions on how everything worked and where to visit for shopping etc. There is some construction in the area, which we were made aware of ahead of our stay, a large crane working 8-6 most days in the week, seemed excessive for building residential properties so something to be considered in the future if other properties are being built nearby. Other than that, the villa was perfect!

Great villa and responsive hosts

This was our 2nd visit as we loved the villa the first time. Andrew & Karolina are so helpful and always available. Everything was spotless and we felt right at home. Helena who does check in is not only flexible, we asked her to do a little shop for us as we were arriving late. You couldn’t ask for a nicer villa and more fantastic hosts. We will definitely go again.

An absolutely beautiful place! Pictures did not do the place justice. It was perfect for our group. Walkable to the beach and restaurants as well as a grocery store. Thank you for a great stay for our first time in Marbella!

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa. Photos just can’t do it justice -it was even better than expected,the pool and outside area was absolutely incredible and very stunning, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The villa itself feels very modern but also very homely and comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped and all the bathrooms and bedrooms are great sizes and felt very clean.There was 7 of us and we felt like we had a lot of room and loved that there was lots of space for us to all sit together.We all couldn’t believe how stunning this villa is and the location is just perfect,right by the beach and very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of restaurants near by and not far from Puerto Banús (10/15 minute drive).There is also a Lidl and other supermarkets about a 10 minute walk and a petrol station about a 5 minute walk which came in handy to pick up water and essentials.Jon was an amazing host, very kind and his communication was excellent.We all miss the villa already!

wat een heerlijk verblijf met ons gezin in deze woning. De gehele woning ligt goed gesitueerd van Malaga , Marbella en andere plaatsen. Alles is goed onderhouden en modern. Aan alle faciliteiten is gedacht zodat je met je gezin een heerlijk verblijf kan hebben.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa — everything was just perfect! The view was truly stunning: we could see the mountains from one side and the sea from the second floor. The villa is beautifully designed and very cozy — it feels like home. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for daily life and cooking, including a well-stocked kitchen, a barbecue, and even a first aid kit. Everything is chosen with great taste and attention to detail. The space is warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the bright, spacious kitchen — it made cooking together a joy! We’d love to come back again — thank you for such a soulful and welcoming place!

Geweldige villa, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruim zwembad, voldoende ligbedden. Bij elke slaapkamer zat een badkamer, luxe ruimtes! Er staat online dat het beschikt over een nespresso apparaat, maar het is een dolce gusto en filterkoffie. Dus we hadden helaas allemaal cupjes gehaald, die we niet konden gebruiken. Maar dat is geen ramp. We zijn ontzettend tevreden, heerlijk weekend gehad.

My family and my sister’s family recently stayed at Mar’s villa to celebrate my mum’s 60th. We were absoloutely blown away with the level of service, helpfulness and kindness of the host. The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs, it was spacious, spotless, so well equipped. The pool was so clean and a decent size and all the added touches for the kids were so nice. The location is fantastic. Easy to get an uber to surrounding restaurants if you don’t want to walk. The beach front is a 7 min walk. We would love to visit again with friends. Can’t thank the hosts enough for their help and guidance to ensure a smooth stay. Also recommend uber eats supermarket delivery for things like water or essentials. Lovely takeaways in the area too! Thank you Mar!!!!

Amazing stay for my hen do! I had the best time. Location is fantastic, literally 2 minute walk to La sala and breath, about 15 minute walk to harbour. Supermarket close by. Pool is gorgeous. It manages to be peaceful and quiet whilst being really close to bars etc. check in was great, we were met at the property and same with check out. Host very helpful and responsive!

A beautiful home to stay in, we loved every minute. Nathalie was so communicative pre arrival and Norbert was fantastic on arrival. Stunning and peaceful location with sea and mountain view’s but with such easy access to all surrounding areas. We hadn’t realised a cot and high chair would be provided so that was a lovely surprise on arrival for our little one. Our one and only negative would be the pool, we were there in October but the pool wasn’t heated and therefore was very cold. The pool is also salt water so it wasn’t as clean as maybe one would’ve hoped for. All in all, a stunning place to stay and the games room with pool table, table tennis, table football and darts was fantastic. We will be looking to return next year because it is such a lovely home and its location is just gorgeous! Thank you Nathalie and Norbert for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay here! The house was just as described—comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. It was especially good for kids, with lots of space for them to play and enjoy. The pool heating wasn’t working the first couple of days, but the hosts responded quickly and got it fixed without any hassle. We really appreciated their communication and willingness to help. Would happily come back!

We hebben weer een fantastische week achter de rug! We hebben ook veel geluk gehad met het weer, het was echt genieten. Het voelde meteen weer als thuiskomen, we waren hier voor de tweede keer. Fantastische locatie, gezellig huisje met zwembad meteen aan de zee gelegen. Het huisje had ondertussen een upgrade gehad: nieuwe zetel, nieuwe bedden, nieuwe loungezetels buiten. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, ook veel buitenspeelgoed voor de kinderen (voor in het zwembad en aan zee). Het onthaal ging vlot en we mochten van Linda ook eerder inchecken dus we konden meteen in het huisje (wat super was). Bij aankomst staat er ook steeds een welkomstpakketje klaar en frisse drankjes in de frigo. De communicatie met Linda en Marcus verliep ook vlot. Geen bemerkingen, wij zijn en blijven fan. We komen graag volgend jaar voor een derde keer terug!

Absolutely beautiful villa! Booked this for a friend holiday and found there to be lots of entertainment within the villa including pool table and dart board. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. Will absolutely use again ☺️

La zona está genial para ir en familia como era nuestro caso. Perfecta para senderismo. Mucha naturaleza y gran emplazamiento. La parcela tenía árboles frutales y estaba muy bien preparada, sobre todo para la época estival. Dado que nosotros fuimos días de lluvia a finales de febrero, finalmente no pudimos salir y fue imprescindible la calefacción, contemplada como un extra como nos comentó Placido antes de reservar en su primer mensaje. Nos facilitaron leña (y una cesta con varias cosas como gran detalle a la llegada!!), algo que agradecimos mucho. La chimenea de arriba no funcionaba y no podía calentarse la parte de los dormitorios, además que entraba aire frío por ahí a ese cuarto, pero con la calefacción se solucionaba esto pese al frío. La casa está perfectamente preparada para albergar varias familias, lo cual es muy positivo hasta para quedarte encerrado en la casa como hicimos nosotros. En resumen, muy buena experiencia y recomendable.

We absolutely loved this magical place. Great townhouse with amazing view and direct access to the beach. There's a beach path right in front of the house that takes you into Estepona in only 25 minutes by foot, or a short 5 minute drive. Nearby you can rent e-bikes or e-scooters to explore the area further. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious with lots of areas to sit to enjoy the amazing views. Anne-Marie was very communicative and super helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay. Very nice welcoming bottle of wine, fruit, crackers, etc. Kudos to Lawrence and his wife for a nice welcome and lots of good recommendations. Beautiful surroundings and a good central point to visit white villages and other sites. Only suggestion is to remove that there is a dryer from the amenities list, only a drying rack. Not really helpful in cold, rainy weather. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return.

This was a fabulous place to stay for a group of four. The house is beautiful and in a great location, a short walk from shops, restaurants and the beach. Ann Charlotte was a welcoming and helpful host, great communication. We would recommend this stay to friends and family, and would gladly visit again!

El lugar bello como en las fotos, bien equipado, alejado del ajetreo, con mucha privacidad. El único pero es que la gerencia solo está disponible para contactar hasta las 6pm (y máximo hasta las 8pm para "emergencias") y tuve que llamarles en la mañana del día siguiente para que resolviera un tema de una ducha que se atascaba - que sí vinieron a arreglar. Considerando que con el checkin empezando a las 4pm, lo de no contactar más tarde de las 6pm va bastante justo si se identifica algún problema.

We enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s place! Although it is quite far from the places we went to, the space and the views of the Airbnb was worth it. It was located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. My favourite thing about the property is that you’re able to see the sunrise and sunset. The outside area is beautiful as it overlooks the mountains, ocean, pool and the golf course. Very charming property both inside and outside. The only issue we had was that there was a mix up with the cleaners and there were no extra paper towels, toilet paper or hand soaps in the washroom so we did have to purchase that at our own expense.

We had a wonderful two weeks in Charlotte’s lovely finca. It’s a stunning location with amazing views of the surrounding hills from the terrace and pool. Beaches are 15 mins and we enjoyed exploring local towns and hikes. It would be lovely to come back sometime.

This place is a true gem. The space was spotless and beautifully designed, and everything about it felt peaceful and luxurious. The pool was a total dream, sparkling clean and perfectly situated to enjoy the stunning scenery. It was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax, and Isabel was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay. We were even able to check in early. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — everything was perfect from start to finish, and I would come back in a heartbeat!
