Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

The Hayloft at Swainstown Farm

Unwind and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. A 300-year-old Georgian hayloft that has been lovingly converted into a cosy, modern space. Set in the heart of a regenerative family run farm. Enjoy fresh farm eggs for breakfast or a delicious coffee from our rustic farm shop "The Piggery" open on weekends throughout Summer. Located near the sleepy village of Kilmessan, 1.5km from Station House Hotel, 6km’s from the ancient Hill of Tara, a 45-minute drive from Dublin.

Moira Barn 2 Bedroom Cottage S.Catering

My pet friendly place is 1 km from the historic Georgian village of Moira,(Hillsborough Rd)and 20 minutes drive to Belfast.The 2* barn is a traditional converted stone building with exposed beams and has a very rustic feel.The accommodation is on the second floor and is accessed via granite stone steps.There is 2 bedroom and a fold up bed(sleeps 4 in total).There is a bathroom ,walk in hot press and a large open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with a 50inch smart t.v. and WiFi.

The Stables or The Paddock at Higginstown House

One of two self catering barn conversions 3.5km from Slane Village. When you arrive you will be allocated The Stables or The Paddock. Both accommodation units are the same and located side by side. No 3rd party bookings and our accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

The barn loft Dyan mill

Located in a beautiful rural location, within an 1830s barn. Your next door neighbours are not what you would be used to. Look over the pond and you will see all kinds of weird and wonderful animals in the on-site petting farm. If you are feeling peckish and don’t feel like cooking, why not try out the on-site restaurant please checkout social media for opening days(The hungry goat) Dyan mill farm is open July Thursday to Sunday. This cosy barn conversion on the banks of the river Boyne in the shadow of Newhaggard Mill is situated on a farm 2 miles from the historic town of Trim. This barn contains 3 holiday homes. A car would be essential as there is no public transport on this route.
