Nice porch with view of town. Close to Walmart, McD's, gasoline, car wash. Comfortable. Has a couple of portable heaters. This was our third stay. Each time things seem a little better. There were complimentary snacks and beverages which was nice. It is a good place to stay.

Linda’s place was perfect for our family for a 4 day stay in Ava this summer. Everything met online description perfectly and Linda was super nice and easy to communicate with! We have stayed in several Airbnb locations in Ava as we travel there a couple times each year and this home has been our favorite to stay at so far! We will be back!

Was an amazing stay. Only problem was the guestbook pen was out of ink. Would have written that my stay was comfortable and relaxing. It rained for my stay but it was so nice to fall asleep to the quiet sounds of rain on a cabin roof. The cabin keeper goes above and beyond. Will book again
