Manta is a growing city on the coast with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping centers and public transport. The 900 sq. ft. 2-bedroom condo is located at the REAR of the building, does NOT have a beach view, but has access to the public & private beach. Please be advised that the property is located within the “Pink Zone” (Entertainment Zone, restaurants, cafes, bars, discotheques etc.) of the city, on weekends and holidays, at times street noisy may be audible until late into the night.

Newly remodeled beach condo!

Amazing newly remodeled condo with ocean front views to die for. Top of the line everything for the rich and famous! Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a single lay back couch. Living room has a couch with a queen size pullout bed. Balcony has a peaceful hammock. The building has many amenities to offer, including an infinity pool, small gym and direct access to the beach. Condo comes with one secured and covered parking space. Located within a 3 minute walk to the great Mall del Pacifico.

Ubicado en una zona segura y hermosa en primera línea de playa. El edificio está a solo dos cuadras del Mall del Pacifico, Manicentro donde podrás encontrar restaurantes, farmacias y cine. El departamento está estratégicamente ubicado a sólo 10 minutos del aeropuerto. El departamento es independiente y no habita nadie, es utilizado para alquiler por ciertas épocas.
