Located in a small remote town just 35 minutes from the city of Manta. This is one of three villas in a secure and gated community with a common area (pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor lounge area) shared. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute hike up to the lighthouse, 10 minute drive to see monkeys and hike the rainforest!

The house is located in the Marina Bay urbanization via Porto Tuna very close to the sea with a wonderful view, close to the best beaches in Manta and Jaramijó, it has entrance to the viewpoint, it has three rooms with air conditioning, water heating, it also has a beautiful pool in the urbanization. It is located 5 minutes from the land terminal and airport, 10 minutes from the Shopping and downtown, 15 minutes from the Bat Beach and Mall del `Pacífico. Very cozy.
