The villa is located not far from the market and has good restaurants in a 10-15 minute radius. Staff from the villa management firm was there to greet us and familiarise us with the place. Rajkumar - the cook and Rosie - the housekeeper were very attentive and helpful. The place is within a community of similar villas, yet fairly quiet. It is very neat and clean and has all amenities needed. Our group of six had a very comfortable stay.

amazing stay felt like home.. the care taker Narayan is amazing and very good kind person he just treated us very kind and proivded everything wht we required on time .. he helped us with car rent and each and everything and even the cook cooked amazing food nd the place is amazing with pool and very clean flt like vintage home thank u so much for such good service... 5****👍

The caretaker Mahammad bhai was truly exceptional - warm, helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He also helped us with renting two wheelers and cars. While it could have benefited from a bit more cleaning, it didn't detract from our overall experience The attention to detail was impressive, with sparkling clean bath and bed linens adding a touch of luxury to our stay. Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

We had a great stay at this property. The place is an architectural marvel and everything from the lawn to pool , the rooms are tastefully done and well maintained. A special shout out to Vishal for being a wonderful host and for the support and help he provided throughout the stay. Will definitely look forward to staying again here whenever I’m planning to be in Northern part of Goa PS: the house is so awesome that at times you will feel like spending more time indoors enjoying the property than exploring the Goa locales

Our group of six had an absolutely wonderful experience at CASA ASSAGAO. This 3BHK villa exceeded all our expectations in terms of cleanliness, space, and ambiance. The villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us, providing more than enough room to relax and enjoy our stay. The ambiance of CASA ASSAGAO is serene and inviting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent hospitality provided by the hosts, Mr. Karan and Mr. Naveen. They were incredibly welcoming and ensured that all our needs were met. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and to our delight, they arranged an alternate place for us to stay until the villa was ready—without any additional charge! This gesture truly showcased their commitment to exceptional service. The caretaker was equally impressive with his friendly and helpful demeanor. For groups of 6-8 people, I highly recommend CASA ASSAGAO. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will certainly be back.

The team was extremely flexible and had amazing response time for any requests. Avita and the staff were polite, friendly and recommended good places to visit for my family. The Jungle cafe had great breakfast variety, was hygienic and tasty too, really enjoyed the theme of the cafe. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Goa with family.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Panjim. The location is perfect , central, safe, and very well-connected to all major spots. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It had all the essentials and felt very homely. The host was excellent proactive, friendly, and always available for any questions. Check-in was smooth, and communication was seamless throughout the stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall vibe of the place. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Panjim!

This flat is in a good apartment with pool and restuarant accessibility with home delivery option. Flat is really nice and pretty. It had all basic amenities required. Caretaker Rajesh ji was really helpful and cooperative. Location is very central with Vagator and Anjuna beach within 2-3 kms away. Would definitely recommend this one.

Sachin’s family treated us really good. Very supportive and provided help on time. Home is very clean and maintained well. Food they prepare and provided is next level. Very delicious breakfast they provided. Hoping to visit soon.

The property exceeds expectations with the beach right behind its garden, is well maintained and beautifed. Children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had good variety of delectable food!

My parents and I loved the place. Up to the mark.

We were hosted by uncle Sequeira and his cats. The room was as described. We were served good breakfast everyday. Uncle Sequeira went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. He also arranged breakfast and milk for our 1.5 year old son. The place is easily accessible through public transport. Caranzalem beach is a 5 min walk from the property. Miramar beach is also two bus stops away. Highly recommended if you want to explore panaji. Would definitely stay here if I visit panaji again.

Excellent service. The staff is warm, polite, they mind their own business and yet make it a 5 star experience with their attention to detail. If you’re looking to stay for a long time, this is it! Laundry, car washing help, coffee at midnight if Chandan was still around: these guys go out of their way to make sure you’re right at home. We met some incredible people at the house which made the trip even more memorable. The hosts are quick to respond and extremely helpful with recommendations and an open library with a treasure trove of books. While There’s plenty to do in and around the village, the house is under 30 minutes from assagao, so getting places didn’t seem hard at all. Especially since we rented a car. All in all, amongst the best travel experiences, especially in Goa.

Gitanjali was a really nice host and the place is done well. It’s a peaceful part of town with a really nice lake view. Both Gitanjali and the help were always prompt and helpful. Would surely recommend! The breakfast is simple yet superb

My stay at Mani’s place was phenomenal! Mani is always on her toes to help you with all that you need, Zubin’s food is to die for, no need to go out on your lazy days just enjoy Chef’s special recipes at the convenience of your door steps. They takes care of the cleanliness even after being the care taker of 7-8 stray dogs, the place always looks flawless and always quiet. The perk in my room was it was always dark even in the day light so you have cozy sound sleep even during the day time, aroma of Zubin’s delicious food can make you feel hungry though ;) My favourite area of the property was the pool side where i could sip a cup of coffee with my sketch book and some in house dessert. The location is perfect all Zomato, blink it, Amazon delivers here. It was my work vacation So i was working as well and the Internet connectivity was available everywhere in the property. Thanks for being such a kind and wonderful host to me to both of you! 🙏🏼😇

Probably the best property to stay where you can enjoy peace and kudos to the staff working there as well for serving us great surely had lot of memories with this place and i am surely going to visit this place back soon.

Who else would have expected that by booking Airbnb, you'll get the perks of hotel as well ? Quite interesting no ? Also, not even I have expected those cottages to be that gigantuous as shown in those bnb pictures.If you reading my review please just book it without having second thoughts in mind. I literally felt heart broken leaving the premises, not because of how wonderful the staff and premises was but because of those furry four-legged friends, I got attatched to in just couple of days, especially one black young dog ,wish i have stayed there for longer period.I'll soon plan to come and meet those chotu-motu (dogs) again.

It was the absolute best stay ever!!! The location is so peaceful and beautiful and yet so close to everything that’s happening around. The staff is beyond kind and helpful and the room itself makes you feel so comfortable and right at home. I have nothing to complain and would come again immediately!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at villa cardo that truly exceeded my expectation’s, we were a group of 7 visiting Goa to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. This villa has a stunning tropical garden,the high ceilings of the house added a sense of grandeur and spaciousness, the large courtyard was a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails surrounded by lush greenery and soothing sound of birds. The rooms are clean and well appointed as in pictures,beautiful bathrooms. loved the total vibe of the villa, we spent more time relaxing at the property. The staff were very helpful,I should have a special mention for kapil who was always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Jayson from the management team was very helpfun in providing us with good contacts to rental motorcycles and guiding us with the check in process. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil and luxurious getaway.
