The apartment is really very comfortable, fully equipped with quality furniture, spacious, and the balcony with ocean views is the plus that makes it worth it. Very nice complex, the amenities (gym, sports area, heated pool and pool) are very good. The pool is very well located, since it is in the middle of the way to the sea, allowing you to cool off on the way back from the beach. The service from the complex's security staff was very good, super friendly and willing to solve any issue. The hosts were proactive and willing to solve any problems, perfectly compensating for any unforeseen situations that may have occurred. The beach is very quiet, excellent. In short, very satisfied, we had a great time and rested very well! Thanks for everything!

Excellent location, a few meters from the beach. The Depto has all the comforts and is very well connected to key points such as the center of Pinamar or Carilo.

Very nice place, location and view. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. I would only emphasize the cleanliness, which shows accumulated dirt, not from not cleaning, but from cleaning everything very superficially constantly. That makes the house not as clean as I would like it to be.

I 100% recommend staying at this place. I was very nice to be there to rest for a few days. My favorite part is definitely the covered quincho where I enjoy being able to appreciate the garden and is very comfortable in addition. The place was impeccable, Giorgina was very attentive and flexible with our arrival and departure schedule (based on bus lines and out of our control), so I totally appreciate her friendly accomodation for my grandfather. The place is in the best area of Villa Gesell, right in front of the beach and two blocks from the forest's entry. It's peaceful and at the same time you have everything you need around you a few meters away (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). We had a great time and we're sure coming back! Thanks for everything!

We had some beautiful days of rest together my sisters and a puppy and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). The place is just as shown in the pictures, which gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning. In addition, it is very well equipped and super comfortable. We had a small inconvenience with the light supply, but Tomás was very efficient and had it resolved soon. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place. We loved it and would go back without hesitation!

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! Excellent apartment. It exceeded my expectations. The view is incredible, everything is new and works perfectly. Two blocks from the beach, very well located. We'll definitely be back! We had a great 4 nights with the family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable ,clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for making an asado with the family. The Amenities of the building are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry Sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps from the mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.

Modern apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Shower with the ideal temperature for the cold days that touched us. Very close to the beach and a full market. Very good predisposition by the person in charge of the complex, change followed by towels and cleaning of the accommodation. To recommend!
