The central heating worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the showers was excellent—small details that made a big difference. The decor is beautiful, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere throughout the house. We also really enjoyed the large garden, which gave us plenty of space to relax, and the parrilla (barbecue grill) was very useful for outdoor meals. The access to the property is easy, and the area is very well secured, which made us feel safe at all times. The good condition of the roads also made it easy to get to both Cariló and Pinamar. Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Very nice experience at Sandra and Francisco's place. Communication was fluid from the first moment and fast. The place is also very comfortable. A single detail that could perhaps be improved is the mattress of the bed; the rest is perfect, light, gas and stove facilities working well.
