Holiday rentals with a patio in Mar de Cristal

We were very comfortable in Virginia's place, the ideal location to get around Cartagena, Calbanque, Cabo de Palos

It was perfect, the owner is attentive to everything and very kind, the apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos but in person it is better, the terrace is spectacular, everything is pristine and very well equipped. and the area... very quiet and close to everything, with very nice places to see and enjoy. if I can I will return.... THANK YOU

Very good . If I go back to the sleeve , I would definitely come back here. Very clean and very inviting and terraces are great . The people in the apartment are very majas, very attentive and detailed .

The photos and description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids but with the house parking it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Villa was absolutely pristine, couldn't fault it. Location was great for our friends, walkable to restaurants etc. Cannot fault Kari she was a joy to deal with and her villa is exceptional. Our flight was delayed by an hour (not our fault) so charged 35 euros to be let in by the management company when an easy "lock box" would have sufficed. We were on an early morning flight home when apparently there would have been another charge however the company produced a "lock box"! However unfortunately did not text the combination so we left the key in the villa and just shut the door.

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous host and I’d definitely recommend. Lots of info ready to hand and this town house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!

Totally recommended house, equipped with all comforts and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with a multitude of gardens to walk around and close to the beach of the minor sea. We will definitely repeat David - Larisa - Atreyu

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

It's the second summer we go to Bjørn's, we love it! He is a perfect host, attentive to everything, very kind and helpful. It's a 10!top!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Very well located, the beautiful views and the treatment of Fermin is great.

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.
