This is a modular house that we built to enjoy as a family and that we decided to rent during times of the year when we do not use it. It has a bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into 2 singles, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with armchairs and a wood-burning stove for which we leave firewood available. There is a heater in the bedroom. Wi-Fi service is available.

From the windows of the living room, bedroom and kitchen, you can only see the green of the park and the blue of the sea. There are warehouses, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the building. It has covered garage and 24-hour security.
