A great experience! I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 nights and I can definitely say it was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to San Bernardo. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb page: spacious, bright, immaculately clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect - short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. But what really makes this apartment special is Ivan's attention and hospitality. From the moment I booked, she was in touch with me, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. The apartment is very good, just like the photos, super spacious, has everything. From the entrance of Northbeach to the villa is approx 3km. From the apartment to the beach is 10’ walking. It's away from it all, it's an ideal place to disconnect a little, super peaceful. It served us a lot to go with lots of provisions to avoid going out. Costa Emerald has good paradores to eat. Pinamar are approx 20’ of route, keep in mind that it is hand-contramian and not illuminated. From the date we went we could not enjoy much of the facilities but you can tell that it is a place with a lot of potential, clean, very spacious and the people who work there are loving. The host was helpful and available. We'll be back!

We had a great time! The super spacious house, the neighborhood close to the beach, all barbaric! Matias and Cecilia were always very quick, super attentive!! As a constructive comment to improve it would be the cleanliness, because there were hairs on the sheets and everything was not so clean. But we still had a great time!!

Beautiful house in a sports neighborhood. Very comfortable for 8 people (2 families) each had their own space for privacy. Very nice and spacious house. Unfortunately, before us, there were other guests with dogs and the time between our departure and arrival did not allow for a thorough cleaning, which was needed. But Andres resolved it at our request. Andres' service and the house in Costa Esmeralda are highly recommended.

The ideal place to escape the chaos, the surroundings in the apartment is incredible, several kilometers of forest, a chapel outside worth visiting and the beach a few meters from where you have breakfast. The apartment is spotless, clean, neat, where you look, and it has everything you could need during your stay. The best sunset is seen from that balcony. Thank you Astrid for always being attentive, very quick responses and instant help. We'll be back to try the pool!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was spotless, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Communication was prompt and clear at all times. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

A super recommended apartment to stay, open the balcony and see the sea, the best view! The location is great, you have the Coto 3 blocks away, the center around the way, where you have the cinema, the toys, restaurants, cafes, where they sell souvenirs, etc. Regarding the apartment, the kitchen is very well equipped, the refrigerator is old but it does its job. The bathroom is full. The bed is comfortable and hidden, a genius because it has a super mirror. Hector is an excellent Host, he is very friendly and even leaves you up to a manual for the things of the house and useful phones.

The host was always attentive and efficient with respect to all questions. The place is just like the photos. The building is of a very good quality. The garages and elevators are very good. Great location facing the beach and steps from the mall.

We loved the apartment. Excellent location. The host is very helpful. The patio with grill and laundry room is not shared but is a hallway with the neighbors of the apartment next door, it is a small detail but does not alter the stay. We definitely suggest it
