Holiday rentals with lake access in Maragondon

The host and the caretaker is very accommodating, Its easy to request for things and they even let us extend our checked out time. The place is also great and have board games.

The place was very nice, the furnishings and decor are top notch, we enjoyed the pool very much, it was clean and good sized, and the water temperature, when we were there was just right even without heating. It is a beautiful and tranquil place perfect for bonding, relaxation and unwinding.

House is way way more spacious and the view is amazing. Rooms are downstairs and the working kitchen is upstairs. We were able to cook our own food. The caretakers were nice and gave us privacy. We weren't able to meet James but he was responsive on my inquiries. Thanks for a great stay! I wish we stayed one more night.

This place is so lovely! 💕 Super clean, spacious, and has everything you need. Perfect spot for some quality family time. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free as well. Ms. Gestinne is also very responsive, and everything is all set when you arrive—even manuals with all the info you need. Our family really had a great time in the house, we’ll definitely be back—highly recommend! 😍

Place fit with our numbers.. It is clean and quiet, we slept well. Only cons is heater at the ground floor is not working.. otherwise the whole place is great.

The house is spacious, more than enough for our small family. Hosts Dustine and Kim are responsive to our queries. The caretaker, Mang Pangyong, was also accommodating whenever we have questions or concerns. The property doesn't have WiFi and there were minor issues but all good, we were able to manage. Overall, it was a great stay, the house is nostalgic, and we were able to host last minute visitors, relatives visiting town.

The place was super clean, with fast internet and complete appliances. The host is also approachable and responsive to the inquiries when checking in. There's also a sari sari store nearby. I highly suggest that androidtv should have netflix for more movies. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the place. Hoping for another staycation at Michelle's Place. Thank you!

Kudos to Kuya Noel for being helpful and accommodating during our stay. Nice place to chill and relax, perfect view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. The place is quiet and serene and very secured. it is also very near to the market, grocery, and stores.

I love pico de loro i love the place everything i need its all provided its so clean and thank you kay sir Al sa pag assist samen sa mga amenities sa pico we enjoy the beach club a lot. If you want to relax, chill and renew grabe pico is the best place. sobrang na enjoy ko ang stay namen. at napaka accomodating ng host namen sa mga need namen sa lahat ng amenities or gusto nameng gawin sa island.🥰 we will come back im sure and recommend to my friends and family. At ang isa pa sa nagustuhan ko is perfect ang kitchen, and the room for us napaka linis at complete equip at lakas ng Ac at my heater pa. Sobrang worth yung stay namen we will come back🥰

Beautiful location. Felt safe and secure. Had lots of things available to do near by. Good restaurants near by. Everything was walking distance. If you need or want groceries for cooking plan ahead.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

We had an overnight stay at Casa Gunita (SMDC Wind) from May 31 to June 1, and it truly felt like a home away from home 🏡. The unit was clean, cozy, and fully equipped—kompleto talaga 🧼🍽️🛏️. You can tell the host prepared everything with care 💯. The view of Taal 🌋 from the unit was stunning—ang sarap gumising with that view! 😍 Both the host and her caretaker were super friendly and accommodating 🤗, which made us feel extra welcome. Location is also a big plus—walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and cafes 🛒🍴☕. Sobrang convenient! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and we’d love to stay here again!

The stay was great. Thanks Carl and Arlyn! It was also smooth communicating with them and the place is as advertised. There are minor improvements on the stiffness of the faucet in the rest room but otherwise, most points for improvement are with the property management like the only one working elevator in the property and that you can't take the stairs to higher levels and the sheer number of people in and out and the absence of parking near the property. Aside from those we really enjoyed our stay and thinking of coming back for more sunny days.

This was a really neat and clutter free place. The community is a newish community so obviously, you will probably see some new constructions going on in the area. We enjoyed walking to the lake, running around it and exercising. The only minor issue would be the ceiling height over bed. Be very careful as I hit my head a couple of times as I went to get into the bed. Even my wife hit her head and she is short. Even if you are aware of it...because the ceiling is 2 different heights...it can sneak up on you. Otherwise...this was a great place. They did not have a cover in the place....but after asking for one...they quickly handed me one which made the place more comfortable when sleeping. It was too cold with only a sheet and just right with the blanket. Thanks for a great stay.
