Holiday rentals with beach access in Maragondon

We had a great stay at Carola Condominium in Pico de Loro. The unit was clean, cozy, and felt like home. The host was kind and very responsive, and the caretaker was always smiling and helpful. The location was stunning — surrounded by nature, with access to the beach and pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

3 days was worth it. You’ll most likely spend most of your time outside the unit- beach, pool, strolling, play pens, etc. Just be aware that the unit does not have a water dispenser due to hygene reasons, you’ll have to bring your own or have water delivered by the caretaker. The location itself is wonderful, pico de loro is a place I’d want to spend more time in, the lagoon and the pathways is just peaceful for early jogging, strolls. I’ll definitely return. Stayed with a family of five, enough beds for all. Clean unit. All essential things were available.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

This is my 2nd time at Pico, but my 1st time staying at Michelle’s place! The view was absolutely amazing, and we really had a great stay. If I could rate it 100/100, I totally would! Their service was impeccable, and they responded to me right away. The room was so much more spacious compared to the first Airbnb I stayed at in Pico. They even helped me out when I left my phone charger and went above and beyond to send it back to me. Big thanks to Michelle and her caretaker, Raquel, for being the best!

We had a great overnight stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need—including a complete set for cooking in the kitchen and a very comfy bed. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the villa. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. The villa is spacious and had plenty of beds to comfortably accommodate our large group. Louie was also very responsive, and the caretaker was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay here at Sir Randi’s house. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the beach since connected sya from the house. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The rooms are clean, aircons are cool despite the heat outside, CRs are clean and they provided complete toiletries. The masters bedroom has a great view of the beach which is very nice. As for the accessibility of buying food, location is near the groceries and there are fishermen selling fresh seafoods sa may beach. Caretakers are very helpful to us. They offered a paluto so we can enjoy swimming na lang. All in all, we had an unforgettable experience at this house. We recommend this place….

Place was just as described! Hosts were very responsive and proactive. Ate Maymay and kuya Bert - the caretakers - were always ready to help and assist. Too bad we couldn't maximize our stay since we had to leave early the next day, so hopefully we could come back. Highly recommended even for big groups of up to 20!

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Our stay at this vacation house was wonderful! Upon arrival, they provided a warm welcome, gave us a thorough tour of the property, and clearly explained all the guidelines, including cooking arrangements. The place is well-maintained and perfect for family gatherings, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, its proximity to the beach made access easy, adding to the overall experience. I was always hesitant to book a place in Pico because of too much “secret charges” but Cesar’s listing peovided all the things you need to know and he is very helpful with all our questions! The room is big enough for us there are a lot of bed/cushion. Probably 6 can comfortably sleep. The care taker was just late despite us being late and giving her a heads up that we are already at the guard house but too early to knock when checking out. Aside from that all are well!

Baron' place was very spacious and big for the price we paid. It was also very clean. It has a big veranda that is perfect for sunrise with a perfect view. The master's bedroom was also the same, the view was very aesthetic. It was way bigger than what we expected. There are also a lot of folding beds that can be used. The aircon was also working fine. The CR' heater was also working well. Ate Rowena, the caretaker was also very responsive as well as Baron. Overall, it was worth the price and highly recommended. We will be back next time for sure :)

Totally worth it. Spacious for a family of four. Water dispenser doesn't get cold. But no worries, because there's a pitcher you can put inside the ref.

I totally understand why this place is a guest favorite! Everything was smooth from start to finish. The host was very easy to talk to. Super responsive and helpful. The space was cleanand exactly as described. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Pico.

Annadel’s Airbnb was really nice, I felt right at home. Everything she mentioned was there and accurate. The place looked great, in a perfect location in Pico de Loro. Liked the place especially that it's pet friendly! Clean space ans complete kitchen utensils. Host is very responsive and instructions were very clear we didn't have a hard time getting in to Pico and the place itself. Recommendable!
