Holiday rentals with a balcony in Marbella

An apartment in a quiet and quiet neighborhood. Good access to downtown. In close proximity to shops and restaurants. Very good communication with the host.

Spacious and well-located stay in the heart of Málaga Old Town! We had a minor hiccup before check-in probably due to travel fatigue but once we figured out the entrance and building layout, everything was smooth. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience much easier. The apartment is right in the center of Málaga’s Old Town, close to lively nightlife, shops, groceries, and plenty of eateries. It’s spacious, with four comfortable rooms, and the well-equipped kitchen (including washer and dryer) really made it feel like home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return ♥️♥️♥️

Had a wonderful week at the end of April, spacious apartment near the beach of El Palo. Swim in the sea. We took bus 3 or 8 to the city (bus stop around the corner at the church and ride takes more than 20 minutes and costs 1.40). Supermarket diagonally downstairs and delicious fruit shop opposite entrance. This area is still reasonably authentic, lively neighborhood, we found it a cozy atmosphere. The old center of Malaga is more chic and has been nicely refurbished, but very full of tourists. We love El Palo. The house was comfortable and contact with Emilie was very smooth.

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Jacques at his beautiful Airbnb in December where we spent our Christmas holiday. First and foremost, he is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and kind. No matter what question we had regarding the stay, no matter what time of day or night it was, his answer was prompt and always accurate. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, local sights to explore and finding the perfect local hiking trails. The Airbnb itself was lovely, super clean and very comfortable. From the wonderful beds to great linens, amazing sea, and mountain views to the well-stocked kitchen, we hardly had a reason to venture out. It is spaced out over two floors so lots of privacy for everyone, as well there is a clothes dryer which is a real bonus in the EU. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home if you have the chance. We will be returning in the future and thank you again Jacques, your assistance and kindness was much appreciated. J & K

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, including the beach. There are very good restaurants and places of interest nearby. Susana's apartment has everything you need to spend a few days disconnecting in Malaga.

The residence where the apartment is located is secure and very quiet. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away. There is a LIDL and Mercadona a 5-minute drive away. There is a very large supervised pool and another small pool for children. The apartment is very well-equipped, you will feel right at home. Thanks to Tove and Trond. We'll be back.

Henrik was a responsive host.its a lovely apartment with good views. The kids really enjoyed the apartment pool. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Good walks to the left or right of the complex. It is slightly remote and not within walking distance of a supermarket however we had a car so not an issue.40 minute walk to estepona town. The kempinsky or plata beach restaurant are a minute or 2 away with good food and service. Recommend for families that have a car rental. The kids were sorry to leave

Lovely home with everything you need for a nice stay. The house is well decorated and comfortable with a decent balcony in a peaceful location. We enjoyed the pool area which was very relaxing. It was close to the beach and the marina. Our host was easy to contact and very helpful. We want to return again soon. We loved our stay!

Bonjour I would like to stay at the villa LAS GRANADILLAS from August 17 to 24, we were welcomed by Manuel who made us feel comfortable directly. The welcome was perfect , we had a little problem the next day with the wifi, we contacted manual and it was direct and efficient . The place where the villa is located and very quiet, it feels safe, the neighborhood and calm and the view and beautiful. The equipment was present and functional apart from the microwave that was not working, each room had its air conditioning which is perfect during the heat. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, even some consumables like dish soap , dishwasher tablet, washing machine products. Only thing to improve is the presence of a small ant in the TV lounge area and in the small terrace but nothing very bad. We were delighted with the small welcome gift We were delighted with our stay Thanks again to the hospitality manual and for their professionalism. It was an enjoyable stay .

House full of Andalusian character in the heart of old city .Terraces and balconies with flowered fruit trees and plants on every floor .Terrific design for the family as the bedrooms are located on different floors .Bathrooms on each floor including ground level .

We had such a great trip! The house is in the perfect location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, making it great for exploring the area. The house was just as described and provided a great place to stay!

Myself and my friends have just stayed for 3 nights and could not fault it! The villa is stunning aswell as the gardens and pool. We got around the local area aswell as going into Marbella and Puerto banus, would definitely recommend this villa and will definitely be returning in the future.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful and peaceful complex. It has two large swimming pools, and the apartment balcony overlooks the first one. You also get a sea view—slightly limited, but still beautiful. The parking spot is the best I’ve ever had—just a few steps to the lift, and you step out right next to your door. Only a 5-minute drive to Estepona, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also not far from Ronda—just a 1 hour 30 minute drive through stunning scenery. I also really liked the apartment’s smart automation—everything was very well set up. To make an absolutely perfect stay, I would suggest adding a pod coffee machine and a toaster. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Centrally located, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, functionally furnished and totally practical in every respect. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the apartment very much. Thank you.

This was our second stay and again it didn't disappoint. We love the location with a stunning sea view. The apartment gets the midday sun which is perfect for us sitting on the balcony in the afternoon, evening. Easy access to the beach with a fob for the lift. Short walk to the square were there are lots of nice restaurants and a cocktail bar. We definitely recommend staying here and we hope to again in the future and explore further.

First the host - Javi deserves to be a super host. He was friendly, responsive and super helpful. Place: better than the photos. Large, airy and very elite. It’s super comfortable and luxurious. The view from the deck is simply amazing. Facilities in the apartment are also top notch. Location : a bit of a walk from train station (8-10 mins) and the super market, but beach is close by. It’s so quiet here and hence has its own charm. Just loved it. We did have some troubling finding the place, could be our issue, taxi lady could not find the place. On the whole, a lovely stay. We really enjoyed. The apartment and the host are fantastic.
