Welcome to la Victoire de Noyers, the land of noyers, a vacation house located in the middle of walnut tree groves in a calm, medieval village that has been classified as one of France's most beautiful cities. Moderately recent, the house has a walled-in yard built with Burgundian stone and gives you 400 square meters of cozy privacy. The house itself offers 179 square meters of living space and can take from 1 to 10 people plus a baby. It gives you a splendid view of the Gothic church

Escape the crazy world and stay in this stone cottage in a calm Burgundian village in the heart of the Auxois countryside. Rolling green hills, ancient footpaths, fresh country air, birdsong and starry nights await you. You might spend most of your time in this haven of peace and tranquility and wander little further than the enclosed garden. Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

It is the perfect base from which to discover Burgundy's historical,architectural and gastronomic riches. The house is located about 30 minutes east of Chablis and 15 minutes from Les Riceys and about 1 hour from Auxerre, Dijon and Troyes. We are between the creamy and the champagne. It is also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence,ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay,the conservatory of birds and hikes.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Villa Germaine – beautiful GARDEN and view of the SEINE

Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be happy to help you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Old farm, heated pool, tennis, Côte-d'Or

Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Côte d 'Or, this typically Burgundy hamlet and surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this old farm with a caretaker on site is equipped with a heated swimming pool, tennis, billiards and a bowling alley, and welcomes you for the month, the week or a long weekend.

Germaine's house

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

En couple, entre amis, en famille ou en déplacement, notre gîte peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. De plain pied, il a été entièrement rénové au milieu d'un grand jardin clôturé dans un petit village bourguignon proche de la Champagne. La cour vous permet de garer au moins trois voitures facilement et en toute sécurité. Notre gîte saura vous dépayser et vous offrir des moments de calme et de repos.

Authentic and Gourmet Burgundy

Cette maison a été entièrement refaite en pierre de taille. Elle se trouve à Civry sur Serein(classé dans les plus beaux villages de bourgogne). La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

Located in an 18th century Historic Monument, this cottage (11p max) and about 160 m2 is the guest house of an artist, and mixes decor and antique furniture with modern and contemporary works of art.
