Holiday rentals with a pool in Marche

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

The house is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and welcoming but not fussy or cluttered. Spotless, with high quality linens and tasteful furniture/decor. The kitchen is better than the pictures show, and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect for us, my sister had the upstairs suite and I had the queen bedroom next to my two daughters in two twin beds. The grounds are stunning. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but the hillside, valley, and olive trees were straight out of a storybook. We were all sad to leave!

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully furnished, but also in an absolutely quiet location with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us very kindly and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely come back!

A dream place, the house is very comfortable, quiet and with fabulous views in its surroundings. Fabs sent us description and very useful tips. We would choose your home again!

We were very kindly received by Caterina's sister. We felt very comfortable in our bungalow. The complex is located in a large, idyllic garden with olive trees. There was plenty of space and everything important is available. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool and the evening barbecue on our terrace

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

We loved our stay.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

yuri was lovely, the place was beautiful and we had the best stay! definitely need a car to come here but lots of lovely places within a short drive away!

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Super home with many amenities Very good location, in the city of Casinina there is everything you need (shops, restaurants , cafes) It takes 35 minutes to get to the beaches, Forli airport just over an hour around beautiful mountains and walking areas

We had a great time with our kids, family and friends ♥️ A perfect place to spend holiday. Very peaceful and charming surrounding. Mountain view, birds singing, what else can we need? I would certainly recommend this place for my friends.

Local with a wonderful view of Assis and region, especially of Mount Subasio. The host was very attentive and always willing to resolve our questions. The property very organized and equipped, so that it met all our needs. i recommend it.

Lovely place to stay at. Big space, lots of cats and a playground that the kids really enjoyed, nice garden with a private pool and well equipped kitchen. The view over the lake was amazing. Close to supermarkets and sightseeing. Well visited restaurant with great food. You should account for living in the same house as a restaurant will mean some noises and smell from the cooking as well as people talking into midnight. The rooms don’t have air condition. However, the private feeling and fantastic location made us really enjoying the stay and would highly recommend it!

A house completely surrounded by greenery, totally available and with a pool included, which has made our stay really special. Privacy is total. Lovely veranda dinners. Excellent communication with the owner, who takes care of the daily maintenance of the pool in a very discreet way. The beaches of Tortoreto, great for children, are about an 8-minute drive on an easily accessible road. Highly recommended.

We are one big family (15 people- adults and children). We booked the villa for 1 week and we had a wonderful time. The inside is beautiful, very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a big dinning table enough for everybody to seat at. There is a big living room, TV room and a decorated library. The rooms are also spacious and each one has its own bathroom. One negative is that the villa doesn't have air condition. However, when we stayed the weather was chilly and there was no need for cooling/heating. The garden is massive. There is a big swimming pool with furniture to relax around it. Although the water was still very cold, the children did not skip the fun of swimming. There is outdoor cooking area near the pool with a big grill. We used it few times to barbiqu. There was also enough space for us to park 4 cars. The hostess and the owner were great. We received a quick response to any question or request. This villa is a great choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
