Couldn’t recommend this place and city enough, a real hidden gem. Communication was easy with Nevio and he was helpful with any questions. The room was spotless and definitely perfect for couples. Perugia is steep so lot of walking at an incline, however, worth it for the stunning views at the end with endless medieval history.

Our stay in a holiday home in a quaint valley near Gualdo Tadino, Umbria, was a great experience. The location of the house was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and in an ideal place to explore the surroundings. The green landscape offered us exactly the relaxation we were looking for. Also close to restaurants and grocery stores. (5 mins) The hostess (and gentleman :-))made our stay really special. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to advise us on getaways and local attractions. However, what we appreciated most was the delicious homemade desserts she brought us from time to time. From tiramisu to fresh pannacotta, every dish was a treat. In addition, we got fresh tomatoes from her garden, which were really full of taste. The house was comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely terrace where we could enjoy the surroundings. We had brief problems with the electricity, but that was quickly fixed. Great.

Casa Di Flor’s is perfect to me!! You can really enjoy the life here in Perugia! Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, immersive italian culture, true colour of the city. I loved it every bit! Definitely coming back!!

Great location in the historical center of the city.

This was by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in my life. It is even more beautiful than the pictures! Loretta and her family are so kind and welcoming. The room was exactly as described and was made up beautifully upon our arrival. Every space was immaculately clean as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves daily meals and Loretta had cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us. It is secluded enough to live out your fantasy of staying in a villa on the Italian countryside but still close enough to town for all your needs such as groceries or gas. It was also just a short drive to Perugia and Lake Trasimeno where we enjoyed some kayaking. Although we found ourselves not wanting to leave ver much because this place felt like something straight out of a movie. Cooking our meals with the view of the countryside was breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here and we would love to make it back there someday.

We stayed two nights and the coolness of both the house and the garden were a refuge from the great heat of those days. Silence and fireflies, but very close to the splendid Perugia We'll be back!

Fantastic little house in a strategic place to visit the most beautiful cities in the Marche and to reach the beach of Senigallia. We had a great time. Mario's little house was super clean and inviting. Highly recommended!! Thank you for your availability Sergio

My partner and I stayed in the week of August in this beautiful B&B, where thanks to the friendliness, hospitality and above all to the huge heart of the fantastic(to say the least) Claudio and Iva and their very loving four-legged friends, it seemed to be in paradise. We can't wait for another chance to come back. Really lovely pool, where you can relax quietly, always with the presence of the very playful and affectionate dogs. Very easy to reach, it is also very convenient in terms of parking. We highly recommend going there, as it really deserves it. Also great value for money, impeccable cleanliness and two really good people and very helpful.

Apartment in perfect condition, spacious, clean and well organized. The house is in a really quiet area and surrounded by greenery where you can enjoy extreme peace and a beautiful sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Natalia was a fantastic host, she welcomed us as if we were at home, even leaving us some fresh fruit and vegetables freshly picked from her garden, very kind and always available and exhaustive in her answers. I'd be happy to come back.

A very relaxing,quiet stay in a very nice spot of earth

Very nice accommodating hosts who have created a living dream with their accommodation in the middle of nature. Authentic and absolutely recommended.
