On the ground floor, a large space with equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, a separate toilet, a second office/bedroom with a 2-seater sofa bed. The entire property is enclosed and wooded with free parking 3mn walk from the train station and 8mn walk from the city center. Price for 2 people with entire accommodation. €10 for each guest in sup. Early arrival or late departure subject to a minimum supplement of €15 according to schedule
