Accommodation located 25 minutes from Saint-Etienne, 40 minutes from Roanne, 1 hour from Lyon and 1 hour 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, all accessible by highway within 5 minutes. Important: Lively neighborhood so potentially noisy on some summer evenings in particular

Quiet independent accommodation

On the ground floor, a large space with equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom with double bed, one separate toilet, one second office/bedroom with a 2-seater sofa bed. The entire property is enclosed and wooded with free parking 3-minute walk to the train station and 8-minute walk to the city center. Price for 2 people with entire accommodation. €10 for each extra guest. Early check-in or late check-out subject to a minimum surcharge of €15 depending on the schedule
