The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

Impeccable accommodation! The penthouse is even more beautiful than in the photos — spacious, super well decorated, with new and tasteful furniture in every room. The view is simply incredible, you can enjoy both the indoor area and the balcony. The leisure area is a show in itself: a delicious jacuzzi, a super cozy sauna and a barbecue with a brewery in the outdoor area that made everything even more complete. Perfect for enjoying good times with friends or family. The kitchen is super equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing, and the laundry was super useful during the stay. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, ensuring quiet nights as if we were at home. And the location couldn't be better — close to everything and in a quiet area. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

Jussara is an excellent hostess, super helpful and a great education. The apartment is excellent, with plenty of space, well ventilated, appliances and electronics available, all very clean, organized and the main one is very well located, close to everything. Very large house… great for big groups. Excellent location, in front of the square and the rosemary restaurant. It's worth every penny.

The house is extremely pleasant and complete, it has plenty of extra blankets. The location is a 5-minute drive from the village of Pedra Azul. The hosts are very helpful in everything! The rooms are on the second floor with stairs because it is a two-story house and the garage is very sloped and requires care, but the street is very quiet to park. We will definitely be back.

It is well worth the accommodation. It is extremely close to the beach, just a corner away from the beach of the hill, very well located. The extra good market is practically next door, not to mention the markets and restaurants. The apartment was impeccable with clean and overcomes the photos of the ad. We were very happy and satisfied with the comfort, with the location, with everything that the apt provided. Too much worth it! My family was delighted. We went in a group of 8 people and a baby and it was all very quiet and tasty. We stayed 9 days.

Vitors apartament is beautiful and spacious with 4 bedrooms and a generous outdoor area. The highlight is the location, views and proximity to the beach. Communication was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant. I would certainly recommend.
