It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
