The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump and the house is well insulated. The price is without electricity consumption. Then a claim for extra payment for electricity consumption will be made after the stay.

If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. Bo is secluded yet right in the heart of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops, a holiday atmosphere, activities, walks, and a cozy atmosphere. Close to public transportation. The home can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday during the summer high season. There is room for 5 guests. Check-out at 11 am, and check-in from 4 pm. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.
