Il se situe au deuxième et dernier étage d'une maison récente que nous avons pris plaisir à imaginer, construire et aménager dans le but de vivre des instants mémorables à Aix les Bains.

Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés.

At the entrance to the Bauges Natural Park, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It is halfway between Aix-les-Bains and Annecy. Ideal for nature lovers, water sports, hiking and skiing. Independent entrance, car parking, pretty terrace with barbecue, garden furniture... It's on the ground floor of our house.
