Beachfront holiday rentals in Marina Beach

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Our stay at Vadim's apartment was wonderful. We particularly valued the comfortable seating options and the meticulous attention to detail throughout. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the generous supply of towels was a welcome, often overlooked, convenience. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to stay again.

A perfect stay in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Th8 Apartments is part of the Th8 Hotel building and consists of private apartments with underground parking and concierge service. Residents and guests can use all the hotel facilities (two swimming pools + children's pool, restaurant, café, gym). Our one-month stay left us with wonderful memories. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen island, a maid's room with a third separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The balcony faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun every day. There is a smart TV and a router with a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. It is very spacious with spectacular views over the marina. Thank you to Joseph for all his help. He met us after our flight landed late and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Spent my Eid holidays here and absolutely loved it! The Airbnb was perfect for two people—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was incredible, both from inside the place and by the pool. The rooftop had such a good vibe—great energy and atmosphere, throughout the day. Honestly, it felt like the perfect little escape. Definitely found my new go-to spot. Will 100% be back!

We had a wonderful time at the villa at the Royal Residences. Ahmad was a fantastic host, answered all our questions and provided great suggestions. We villa was spotless, the staff at the resort were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.

Great stay at Adam's place in Dubai Marina. Location is perfect — easy access to everything the area offers. Having dedicated parking was a huge plus. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Thanks, Adam!

Were very pleased with their stay in this apartment. the apartment is bright, clean, spacious, each room has its own toilet. There were some inconveniences in the kitchen, there was not enough deep bowl, rag to wipe the table, and if you want to use the dishwasher be prepared to either bring your own tablets for it or buy a full pack in the store. We also encountered a problem: the TV in one of the bedrooms stopped working, to which the owners quickly responded and replaced it with a new one, literally the next day

Very nice stay

I gave 4* for ease to find, due to my own stupidity…I kept missing the turn, and having to go back round again, in really busy traffic. However, even although Nathalie wasn’t in the country, she always responded to my questions very quickly. The views of the sunset from the balcony were amazing, you could also see all of the superb yachts coming in and out of the marina.i love the ocean, so the private beach was superb for me. You can tell Nathalie has lovingly put her heart and soul into decorating her home, and you have everything you need…and some… Thankyou.

The place is highly recommended, great and quiet environment with beautiful beach. The property is modernized and is very clean. Great hosts- highly recommended.

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only an additional long thin carpet is needed in the corridor, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality
