The room has access to a balcony with garden furniture and garden views. The nearest grocery store is just 10m away and the city is a 5-minute walk along the sea. In the very centre of Poreč, within a short walking distance to the beach and old town, renovated in 2021. Our 43 m2 apartment is in the attic of a residential building, high 3rd floor with no elevator (60 steps!), modern and fully equipped. Suitable for 2 people, with the possibility for one adult or two kids on the sofa bed (135x198).
