City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

An Olive and Spice property. Located in one of the most beautiful and historical buildings in the Old City of Porec. The Venetian-style building dates back 500 years and is newly renovated. It has many unique design elements including the original stone walls and high beamed ceilings. It is located just steps away from the public beach. The apartment is set up with everything you need since it was originally our home. Every window has sweeping views of the 5th-century basilica bell tower.

Iz sobe se izlazi na balkon sa vrtnim namještajem i pogledom na vrt. Najbliza trgovina se nalazi na svega 10m udaljenosti a grad na 5min lagane šetnje uz more. Apartman ima klimu, TV i wifi (uključeno u cijenu).

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)
