it was a beautiful home, we really enjoyed our weekend stay here! it was so cozy!

We really liked it being a carriage house with no shared walls, and the covered, off street parking.

This is the perfect location explore the best of Indianapolis! The carriage house clean, charming, and within easy walking distance to all the Mass Ave. restaurants.

Wonderful stay in the guesthouse—private, park like setting that made us forget we were just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The house was very comfortable and very relaxing, so much so that we skipped a bit of our conference to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast on the patio… Beautiful guesthouse and grounds—Jack & Bridget were the perfect hosts!

Great little studio, decently stocked kitchen and a comfy bed, but the neighborhood is what made it. Very cute, lots of green space, right next to a movie+dinner spot (Kan-Kan), an excellent bakery (Amelias), and a really solid bouldering gym (North Mass Boulder with a surprisingly stocked lifting section and cafe). I was in town for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was easy to maintain my responsibilities and is nestled in a really walkable neighborhood. the internet was fairly slow but I didn't really find myself needing to connect all that much.

Great stay! The instructions were very clear regarding location and getting around the property. Clean and inviting space, responsive hosts. Beautiful wooded surroundings, we felt like we were in the middle of the forest. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay if you are in town for the Indy 500. Lots of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is very charming. Definitely, a place I would stay again!

My son and I were in town for a soccer tournament and staying one night at this cottage made if feel like a vacation. We went kayaking and to the The Creamery close by. Fantastic host. Perfect if you like wildlife. It was very quiet and the most comfortable beds made for a great night sleep. Can’t wait to stay again.

Had a great stay in this guest house. This place was super cute and very well cleaned. It was perfect for our short stay in Indianapolis but would also be great for longer stays since it has a stocked kitchen, big closet and a washer and dryer. Will definitely look for this listing next time we come into town!

Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood. We were able to walk to restaurants and cafes and close to many sights. Melissa was a very flexible host and quite accommodating!

I would say this is a good place for two people who need a quick place to stay. We only stayed one night. The RV was very clean. My wife and I were on the double bed and it was very comfortable. My son stayed on the pull out sofa which had a bit of a slant to it. Couldn't figure out a way to make it level. But otherwise, acceptable. The price was quite high. The reason was there were three big events. Indiana Pacers playoff game, Indiana Fever game and the Indianapolis 500. So, that's why the price was so high. If I need to go again, for non-big event weekend, I expect the price to be lower. But it's all about supply and demand. Yet, very satisfied with the accommodations.

Eric’s home was the perfect airbnb! Amazing neighborhood and a perfect location for my events at Butler University. Would love to return someday!

We had a girls weekend in The Bottleworks district in Indy and had a wonderful time! The Airbnb was close to shopping, food & entertainment! Ben was very responsive and attentive. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Probably the cutest bnb we have stayed in! Great style but also everything was so clean and they had all the conveniences you want when traveling!

10/10 on every level. Been to hundred of games downtown, this was a fave experience. Easy vibes, cool restaurants and shops galore. Felt very safe. Walked to gainbridge Fieldhouse for the finals. Was so easy (10-15 very quick mins) and way more fun than parking. The space is awesome as well. Very well designed and newer construction. Bathroom shower well laid out and was recharging for the body and soul. Bed was comfortable and bedroom was cozy, quiet and concussive to sleeping.

Great spot in fountain square. Easy walk to many restaurants and downtown. Easy access, airbnb was extremely clean, and Wendy was very responsive to any questions. We had a great stay!

The Luxury Carriage House was perfect for a weekend in the area! We were a group of four in town for a swim meet, so being able to come back here to relax at night was so much better than being crammed into a hotel room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the living area was a perfect gathering space for a movie or game, being able to park in the garage was extremely helpful, and the area was incredibly easy to navigate with lots to do. (Loco Mexican, Uplands Brewing Co, and Snakeroot Botanicals were three local places we were able check out during our stay.) I would love to stay in one of Anna’s spaces if we need accommodations in the area again! She was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
