The garden was very nice, there was a barbecue in the fireplace. Mr. Ali helped himself, thanks to the fire of our barbecue. You can sit at the table right in front of the door and enjoy your tea in the evenings. There is a nice and long coast around where you can take a walk. There are a new generation tavern on the coastal road and beach cafes, I recommend going. The house was very clean, we did not have any problems. They gave us what we needed. Missing; There was no iron, hair dryer, and no shampoo. Also, the toilet seat and linen were broken. In summary, I would definitely recommend staying because the location is very good and the price is much more affordable than other houses around.

A nice house with several perfectly equipped guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful sea views from the terrace and the balcony. Entrance and kitchen are shared with the owner but are fully available to guest nevertheless. The house has absolutely everything one needs during the stay, and the host provides very helpful advice on places to visit. We've enjoyed their hospitality so much! Also, within 1-hour drive you reach the peaceful beaches of the Aegean as well as the main sites on the Dardanelles. Walks in the hills and fields make it a great place to explore the nature of Thrace and pay a visit to Troy.

When we came to Erdek for Kyzikos Ultra, we stayed in the same place as last year at the Cantimur pension, everything like the first was very nice and went well, we did not have any problems. The house was as in the photos. Everything was very good, but the water heater could not fully heat the water after 2 people, after waiting for a while, this problem was solved. The biggest advantage of the house is that it is a duplex and its location.
