Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

my friends and I booked this place for 6 days and this is by far one of our favourite stays ever. Charles, Reece and Bishnu were fantastic hosts. generous, hospitable, caring and attentive. Special thanks to Bishnu for being so wonderful and accommodating. couldn't recommend this place enough

Excellent stay - super clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s quiet, very green and the pool is great. Kitchen is very well stocked and I feel the property has everything you’d need. The place has been very thoughtfully done - right from having tea, coffee, sugar and basic masalas to toiletries and the most comfortable comforter. Location is as described - in a village but close enough (about 20 minutes) to the popular places / restaurants in North Goa. The hosts are lovely people and would check in briefly every morning to check if all was good. Absolutely lovely stay and would love to be back.

hosts were super helpful we had to extend for a day due to my wife falling sick and they were able to accomodate us overall great experience the kids had a lot of fun

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Apartment good for India! It is old but clean and located within easy walk to restaurants and shops. Around 20mins walk to beach.

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

overall it's a good experience however their are few suggestions 1) exhaust required in washroom which is missing 2) wipe sponge in kitchen to maintain the hygiene

Great stay. amenities are great. specially for family with child. kitchen set-up is nice. Host Ayushi is very helpful. even for small thing like Wi-Fi, she specially arranged person to check and corrected. Overall will like to stay there again.

All the amenities are provided as listed.Very flexible for check-in and check-out. Our stay was amazing And we felt very safe and lively. Will definitely suggest more people for this place. This place is perfectly located from major north goa places. Owner is very cooperative.

Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. Absolutely stunning and cozy house in Candolim with a beautiful view. The host has maintained the house beautifully and was truly amazing throughout. Loved the extra cleaning services everyday. The maid and property manager were both incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

This property, a 3rd-floor unit with FC Barcelona based theme, is an absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated apartment which is immaculately maintained and has top notch amenities. The highlight of the stay was definitely the jacuzzi in a bathroom - what a treat! But the real showstopper was the infinity pool on the 4th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Nerul River. I'm so glad I chose this property for my stay! The owner has thoughtfully curated every detail to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities, everything was perfect. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were exceptional. Mr. Vasu is super friendly and accommodating host with an eye for detail, making our stay even more special with his personalised reception and greetings. We had an amazing time and this place was the perfect retreat. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway! 5 * isn't enough - this place deserves 10 *!
