Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marrakesh

An oasis away from the busy centre of Marrakech. The views were amazing from the gardens and pool, we loved sitting out there in the evenings. A local lady cooked for us and it was lovely, I’d recommend booking it. It was about 30/40 mins from the centre however, we didn’t have a car and were out in touch with a local taxi driver who was reliable and had a good rate. My young daughter loved the goats at the end of the garden and the tortoises roaming around. The village was peaceful and locals friendly. The local shop doesn’t sell much so I’d recommend stopping at the supermarket in the city before arriving.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Es ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und man könnte ganze Abende dort entspannt verbringen. Wir waren nur zu viert und waren uns erst nicht sicher, ob das ganze Gebäude wirklich für uns ist. Ibtissam war super nett und hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet und hat mir sogar mehrere Aker Fassi besorgt, damit ich nicht feilschen muss. Man kämpft nachts gegen ein paar Mücken, weil die Türen nicht ganz dicht sind. Aber ab der zweiten Nacht hatten wir keine Probleme mehr und die Mücken sind langsam. Kleiner Tipp: Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten auf Maps, um zum Riad zu gelangen. Man muss die zweite Route wählen, wo auch das Riad Christina in der Nähe liegt. (Wenn euch Personen den Weg zeigen möchten, erwarten sie dafür Geld.) Statt Shampoo, hatten wir Duschgel im Bad. Es war alles sehr sauber und einfach wirklich schön und wir würden wiederkommen!

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

A really spacious riad with an excellent location. It is just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions, but is quiet and peaceful being just off the main street. We slept well throughout our stay. The riad had everything we needed. The housekeeper Fatima was so friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast every day which made our stay very relaxing. Karine replied quickly and efficiently to our messages both before and during our stay and answered all the questions we had. She also arranged a transfer from the airport, which was very helpful, particularly as we were new to Marrakech. There were plenty of rooftop restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the end of the street. It's an excellent location for an authentic medina experience and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at and I can’t recommend it enough!! The riad is gorgeous, spacious, and clean as well as very centrally located to all of Marrakech’s major sites. Bahia was an amazing help and always went above and beyond for us - answering all our questions, giving us directions, printing our boarding passes, and cooking us a delicious breakfast every morning. Our visit to Marrakech would not have been the same without her. Do not hesitate to book this place!!

Sherine is a great host! Responds within minutes and really made us feel welcome. Khadijah is a gem and made us feel right at home. She cooks a great breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

De Riad was prachtig en goed gelegen. Suade wachtte ons op bij de plek tot waar de taxi kon komen en leidde ons naar de Riad. Aangezien wij vroeg waren konden we de koffers alvast binnen zetten. In de middag hebben we de koffers uitgepakt en ons intrek genomen in alle kamers. Kleine kanttekening, de slaapkamer beneden kan niet volledig afgesloten worden waardoor er beestjes naar binnen kunnen komen. Ontbijt werd door Suade verzorgd en was zeer uitgebreid. Erg handig omdat er geen supermarkt in de buurt zit, dichtsbijzijnde Carrefour op 1,4 km. De Riad is perfect als uitvalsbasis, rustig maar toch snel in de gezellige drukte. De host regelde perfect de taxi transfers. Dit is ook aan te raden omdat het anders moeilijk te vinden is, Google Maps wil je soms door muren heen laten lopen. Suade is uitermate vriendelijk en kookt geweldige Tajines en Briwats. Hou er rekening mee dat ze Frans spreekt. Wij hebben genoten en raden deze Riad van harte aan.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 jours dans ce logement. L’endroit est propre, bien aménagé et conforme à l’annonce. Mr Othmane a été très accueillant ,disponible, et très réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour simple et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un bon séjour et on reviendra avec plaisir. Logement très sympa, hôte très disponible c’est très appréciable. La piscine est super l’endroit pas ultra fréquenté au mois de juin et très familial, on apprécie le calme qui y règne. L’appartement est très bien, si vous aimez les chats, une minette blanche aux taches rousses sera ravie de faire votre connaissance 🤩

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s wonderful apartment! The place was super clean, very quiet, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing with my family. Communication with Sam was smooth and easy; he replied quickly and was always helpful. Honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights because we didn’t want to leave! Appart spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle est très grande et à l'air d'être bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Je sais que cela ne se fait pas beaucoup au Maroc mais un petit rideau pour la douche serait un vrai +. L'appart est très bien situé, à proximité des axes principaux de Marrakech, Médina accessible à pieds, promenades en calèche à côté. Place de parking privée au sous sol de la résidence. Petite supérette en bas de l'immeuble, quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Le seul petit bémol pour moi mais qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir: - appart au 4ème et terrasse au 6ème, il faut prendre l'ascenseur pour y accéder, on ne peut donc pas y aller en simple maillot de bain, il faut s'habiller puisque l'on traverse des espaces communs. Philippe et Nissrine sont très réactifs et de bons conseils, merci beaucoup à vous 2!

Par où commencer … nous avons passé un superbe moment en famille (arrière grands parents , grands parents , petits enfants et arrières petits enfants. Le Riad était parfaitement situé pour découvrir la fameuse ville rouge; une propreté remarquable et conforme à la description. Mais comment ne pas parler de Hanane et Radija : une disponibilité , une bienveillance , une cuisine excellente , beaucoup de tendresse et de gentillesse. Deux personnes bouleversantes tant elles ont été à l’écoute et adorables. Deux personnes qui ont marqué notre séjour et grâce à qui nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de ce moment passé en famille. En espérant revenir prochainement . Merci pour tout

An unforgettable girls’ trip in the most beautiful villa! We stayed at this stunning villa in Morocco for a girls’ trip with 13 women, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how breathtaking and secluded the property was—perfect for a relaxing and luxurious escape. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Saloua and her amazing team—they went above and beyond for us every single day and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us! Every detail was thoughtful, the setting was peaceful and private, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We made memories that will last a lifetime—and we are already planning our return. This place is a hidden gem and we can’t recommend it enough!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful Riad. It is a gorgeous property and Christian and Catherine were very helpful with plans and very responsive to communications. The staff were also outstanding and highly recommend the home cooked meal on offer from the hosts. Nadia prepared an excellent evening meal.

Absolute recommend this house. Clean and a lot of space. Relaxing area with a small pool that catches the late sun before dinner time. Amazing cook (that could be booked) - very flexible and nice Also a plus that Filip are very helpful and answers super quick. House approx 25mins from Medina, gated community so a safe place. Evle ve sizinle bir ekip ilgileniyor. Çok yardımcılardı. Ev güvenli bir bölgede ve tertemizdi. Evin bahçesinde arabanızı çekeceğiniz bölge yerler mevcut. Ev; şehrin kalabalığına ve telaşına kıyasla çok sessiz ve huzur vericiydi. Daha da uzun kalmayı isteyeceğiniz türden. Bol bol yüzdük güneşlendik. Şehre araçla yaklaşık 17 dk mesafedeydi ama şehri gezmek yerine evde kalmayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Meyve ağaçları vardı onlardan da nasiplendik birkaç tane orada kalırken yedik :) Marakeş’e sadece bu Otantik eşyalarla donatılmış evde kalmaya bile gelinebilir 😅

Un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa située à environ 20 minutes en voiture du centre. Un accueil impeccable par Nourdine qui s’est plié en 4 pour que notre séjour soit parfait. La villa est extrêmement bien conçue et parfaite pour des grands groupe. Très bon standing. Pour finir, un grand merci à la cuisinière qui nous a régalés avec son tajine et son couscous, bravo !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours en famille dans cette magnifique villa ! Tout était parfait : propre, bien équipée, spacieuse et fidèle aux photos. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons vraiment bien profité de chaque moment. Jennifer a été très accueillante, disponible et vraiment gentille du début à la fin. Mohamed y todas las personas que trabajan en la casa son muy atentas y educadas. Para quien no quiera estar en el centro de la ciudad y busca un poco más de calma,es perfecta,en 10 min llegas a cualquier lado.Marcados,farmacias ,tiendas y restaurantes a 1 minuto en coche. Total Recomendable
