Was a clean nice apartment and newly done as you could see it was in great condition. Well located. Nice sized pool. Apartment had all the necessary things for a family.

Youness is very kind and responsive. The apartment is well-equipped, very nice and very clean. The building is well secured. It's a plus to have a grocery store and a restaurant right next door. I really recommend this apartment!! 🥰

Zouhair is a great host, as well as Youssef. They're super responsive. If you have any questions, they are always there to help you very quickly. It's very reassuring when you arrive in a place you don't know. The space was great! Great location (large area, shops and restaurants within walking distance), the center is also nearby! The apartment is in a secure residence with a very nice pool, perfect for cooling off after a day in Marrakech. The location is top: in the heart of the Hivernage, close to the trendiest restaurants and the most fashionable places in the city. We had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The location is ideal: close to shops, restaurants and the main attractions, while remaining quiet for resting. The accommodation is impeccable: very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and perfectly equipped. It immediately feels like a home away from home. Every detail is thought out for guest comfort. But what really makes the difference is the exceptional service offered. A very special mention for the housekeeper, who is very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. Always available, attentive and very kind, she anticipates needs and ensures that everything goes well. I highly recommend this place, a real gem!

Photos don't do justice! Beautiful accommodation, a few minutes from the main square, but at the same time, given the strategic location, an oasis of peace. As you enter the street to the house, you begin to perceive the silence compared to the characteristic chaos of the surrounding souks. We stayed as a group of 4 (two couples) and we were all very impressed. A big thank you also goes to Najat, who was very caring (while we were in the desert there was a storm and when we returned, she had already taken care of bringing us the clothesline to the ward). We let ourselves be pampered in the morning by its abundant breakfasts. Absolutely clean place. Possibility of early check-in (in our case at 11 a.m.), and late check-out (in our case at 6 p.m., with the possibility of also using bathrooms/showers) at no additional cost. We will definitely recommend it to other people! Many thanks again to both Mouhssine and Najat!

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay. The riad was perfect for our family, an oasis in Marrakesh. Fatimzara & Simo were lovely to meet and very helpful. The food was beautiful and they were so responsive if we needed anything. The location is perfect as we were near everything but it was lovely to have a cool dip in the plunge pool at the end of the day. Thank you!

Malika was there every morning to prepare breakfast for us and Anne-Sophie ensured we had a very welcoming check-in and smooth check out and provided great recommendations for our stay! It’s a sanctuary in the best neighborhood in Marrackech. Facing the Yves saint laurent museum Wich is a very nice street good shops coffees spa … but also very easy to go to the Medina etc I could hear the birds from the balcony it was like a little dream and the place is really big …. The pictures doesn’t show how big it is…. It’s very modern open kitchen nice sofa to chill in the living room the beddings are very good quality. The host is very very helpful. I really recommend this place if you want to have a very comfy refuge to come back to after all your outdoors experiences 🙏🏽 Thank you Badr for making it happy for us ✨

Great Airbnb to stay, Najat was very helpful and honestly would definitely recommend it.

Me and my partner had a truly wonderful time here. We were greeted by Salah who was super responsive even though our flight got delayed he was there and ready to assist us when our taxi dropped us off in the wrong area. The flat was super clean and a nice temperature to arrive in. Salah gave really useful information about the premises and gave us the best information possible about food ordering app and a taxi app which meant we were never ripped off by a taxi driver once as we picked and agreed upon the fare before you even get in. I would highly recommend this accommodation it’s nice and quiet and away from all the serious hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The pool is cleaned daily and was a really great way to relax and cool down after a long day of doing activities. Thank you Khansa and Salah for having us and if we come back to Marrakech I will be booking the exact same place.

Very nice place, as described. Communication with Karima was smooth, everything was perfect. The proximity to the airport causes some noise pollution. (Provide earplugs if you want to sleep in)
