It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. There are two train stations in walking distance that will take you to the city or to the beach. The Studio has it own private access and the Studio itself is a totally private space. King's Hideaway has a brand new orthopaedic bed, fresh quality linen, you can be rest assured to sleep well. It has a comfortable and relaxed feel.
