David’s place is really a gem. It is in the middle of interesting area. The place is great, spotless and private. We recommend and would come back if we are in Malta.

There is something magical about staying in the heart of Mdina!! And despite the impracticalities, we’d happily do it again!! This place is a real unique find!!!! We loved being able to walk around after the tourists had left and enjoy the magic of the place. It’s really ‘money can’t buy’ stuff. The property is exactly as described - not for you if you want luxury and all the modern conveniences - it’s quirky and a bit of an odd layout. It can also be a bit of a challenge with parking/traffic - we struggled one day and can’t imagine what it might be like in the height of summer. Would highly recommend coming up the back way to Greek’s Gate via Triq l-Għarreqin. I would say from 7am - 9pm it can be quite loud, but we were out and about so didn’t bother us. It may sound like we’re being negative, but we’re not… we just think this property deserves guests who appreciate it for what it is and don’t expect it to be something else. Malta is always worth a visit, but Gozo has the position of the quiet and green side of the islands. And in the heart of Gozo in Victoria, in a quiet, central side street in the style of a 'house of character', is the apartment of Rowen. Those who stay there not only rent, but live there the time they spend there: greeting neighbors, all the amenities of daily life are in the area, such as restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarket (best oysters!!), and from the center you can get to any point on the island in less than 20 minutes. Rowan is a perfect host, the apartment is perfectly maintained, nothing is missing incl. all necessary accessories for cooking such as oil, salt and pepper. It may be a small thing, but it is always very unpleasant when you have to buy these things yourself for a few days. My tip: a clear recommendation, just try it!

I will start with practical information, and one piece of information to be precise - this house has everything, but literally everything that is needed for a short or long stay. In this topic, this is sufficient and fully true information - nothing is missing in this house. And when it comes to impressions, Bizzilla is a wonderful and complete place filled with warmth, love and good taste in the smallest detail. In Bizzilla, every key, even the smallest, in the door or small door has its own keychain and the worn stone stairs testify to its long history. Gianluca was very responsive and answered all my queries. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Allowed an earlier check in and a later checkout . I would highly recommend this place !

We had a great time at this place! It is perfectly suited for two people, spacious and very well equipped. A real plus: everything you need is provided to enjoy the beach (towels, umbrella, etc.), which is super convenient. And cherry on the cake: the parking space, a real comfort that allowed us to be completely quiet knowing that the accommodation is on a street and that we might not have found a place on our own. I recommend it without hesitating!

The stay was wonderful! Karl was so responsive to all our questions. It was a perfectly relaxing vacation for our family. When we arrived, Karl greeted us and even had some amenities like water, juice, milk, eggs, bread, ham, butter in the fridge for us! The Penthouse was very modern, clean, new, and had a great view of Marsaskala bay. The location was in walking distance to shops, local pool, restaurants, and rocky beaches in Marsaskala. The location is a short Bolt ride to anywhere else on the island (15 min to Valletta). You can even walk to St. Thomas sand beach in about 2km. If we return, we will definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed staying in this spacious and stylish apartment, the location was great - facing the waterside, where we could swim from the rocks - and 15’ walk from centre of town, with a range of shops & restaurants. Marsaskala was charming, lots of locals around as well as holidaymakers, very relaxed vibe. Bolt was amazingly efficient and cheap taxi service for visiting other towns & beaches.

Had a really nice stay! We enjoyed the good kitchen equipment with microwave, oven, dishwasher etc.! ✌🏼

The accommodation exceeded all expectations! We arrived late at night due to our flight, but the host kindly waited for us, showed us around, and had even prepared a list of recommended activities. We were welcomed with local snacks, which was a lovely touch. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I usually don’t sleep well in new places, but the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept perfectly every night. The location was excellent – a peaceful area with no noise. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to offer assistance and suggestions. I would definitely choose this accommodation again and recommend it to everyone.

We booked Paul’s place because of the reviews - we were not disappointed! They’ve really thought of everything! Providing beach towels was such a sweet touch. As others have said, great location, parking is easy enough to find nearby and quite a relaxed place to stay away from the touristy and busy parts of Malta. Highly recommend!

Frank was a very genuine and friendly Maltese local. A true gentleman. He was so informative about his lovely island. We just wish we had more time than the 2 days that we had there.

We only spent 2 nights but this place was great! Very nice spacious apartment.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, plus some lovely extras like fresh coffee and an ironing board. The washing machine’s 15-minute cycle was especially handy for a quick turnaround of clothes. The views from the apartment were extraordinary, both during the day and at night. We didn’t use any of the common areas of the apartment block and wouldn’t have used the pool, so we can’t comment on those. The apartment was ideal for our holiday. We had a car and spent our 10-day stay exploring Gozo and Malta with ease. We would happily stay again if the mattress is replaced—it was very, very uncomfortable. Aside from that it was a great stay. Thank you!

Lovely, spacious apartment that was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Really well located too, with a supermarket immediately next door and lots of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. If you’re up for a longer walk you can even get to Sliema within 15 minutes. Really easy to jump a taxi to Valletta and anywhere else on the island too, or there’s a bus stop right outside the supermarket. Jane was a super host, letting us check-in early and responding within seconds to rescue us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the building!

Beautiful spacious apartment. Good beds. Good communication and sort out issues with sometime. Detailed check in pictures and videos. Could be better WiFi and a shower curtain in the bathroom with a bathtub would be nice. We were four people and had a great time the few hours we were in the apartment. Short walk of 20 min to the beach in the city center

Fantastic location with a fantastic view over the harbor the boat and Villetta in the distance. So glad I didn’t stay in Villetta, which is a zoo, crowded with people and cars. Very comfortable very quiet great neighborhood close to sites and restaurants and easy to get to Villetta on the ferry. Fantastic deck with such a huge view, unfortunately the furniture is very marginal a rusty table, old chairs, and two dirty lounge chairs with no cushions, which is a shame because the deck is nothing short of brilliant. I loved my stay there and would stay again especially if the deck gets a little attention
