The townhouse has two bedrooms, a larger living room with kitchenette, toilet with shower, and a separate sauna with shower. Washing machine and drying cabinet available. The cottage is rented as a self-catering, bed linens, towels, etc. are brought by guests, and thorough cleaning before check-out must be performed. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation with proximity to slalom slope, snowmobile trail, restaurant and fishing. Enjoy Borgahällan's magical views directly from the kitchen/living room or balcony. 150 meters from the cottage is the slalom slope and Johanna's restaurant or you can take a ride with a snowmobile, the snowmobile trail is 30 meters from the cottage and from there you can easily get out on the mountains. After a day out, you can relax in front of the fireplace or warm up in the sauna. Rented only to persons over 28 years of age.

Stort kombinerat kök/vardagsrum och braskamin. Bastu. Ute på tomten liten porlande fjällbäck och grillplats. Vandring och skidåkning runt knuten, fem minuter med bil till byn, BorgaSkicenter och backarna. Fiber samt elbilsladdare. Pälsdjur ej tillåtna. För tillfället hyr vi ej ut till skoteråkare.

The cabin has everything you need: sauna, wifi, barbecue area, etc. The groundfloor includes kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, sauna & guest toilet. Upstairs there is a family room & two bedrooms. Through the panoramic window you can enjoy the view of Kittelfjäll. For families with children: there is a highchair and travel cot. The stairs are childproofed at the top.

My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Nearby we have Kittelfjäll well known for its extreme and varied skiing.

Accommodation on the ground floor of a typical house, ideally located on the Vildmarksvägen. In the heart of nature, this peaceful place is perfect for a relaxing family stay. Direct access to the lake for lovers of fishing or calm by the water. It all started when a French couple, lost in Scandinavia during the pandemic, found refuge in Sweden. Nothing foreshadowed this departure, and yet here we are, surrounded by the snowy expanses and the silence of the great outdoors.

Sovrum 1: dubbelsäng 180 cm Sovrum 2 och 3: 2 ggr 140 cm Sovrum 4: I garage 2*90 cm. 2*80cm. Rummet i garaget är litet. Mycket bekvämt för 6 personer, 8 sängar finns. Husdjur tillåtna, dock ej i sovrum. Medtag handdukar/sänglinne. Hyrestecknare måste vara över 30 år.
