Very peaceful place. The space is large and the cottages far enough apart from each other to be quiet. Common infrastructures are diverse and although there is a small stream it is quite suitable for children. Very well-equipped, very clean accommodation and new and very well-appointed bathroom.

The stay was wonderful. The amenities were great. We really enjoyed the outdoor facilities with pool, sunbeds, sauna and HotPot. The days were very relaxing and we were completely satisfied.

We spent a family week with 8 adults and 5 children in Sarah's house and enjoyed the time very much. The house itself with all the facilities and also the garden were perfect for us and we all felt very comfortable. The location of the house with many interesting places in the area is very suitable for small excursions, even with smaller children, so we had a good time. The children especially loved the heated pool, so that even on a rainy day there was no boredom. We had an all-around beautiful week in Yvoir.

A wonderful house with five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with toilet, very special. The living room is very spacious and has a beautiful view of the surroundings. It is very quiet, no traffic, no tourists, lots of nature with hares and deer. As a family of 10 people we really enjoyed this beautiful house and surroundings!!!

Didier was very friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We had the whole house at our disposal, with lovely comfortable living rooms. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We were 9 martial arts practitioners and we will definitely want to come back to the next Budo Event! Thanks!

Francine and Marc are exceptional hosts, who built a very well designed high-end cottage, very well equipped and really nice to recharge in the Ardennes countryside. Their indoor pool like leisure equipment (ping-pong, foosball, ...) are also appreciated. Their sense of hospitality is unmatched.

We stayed in this beautiful converted dovecote for three nights and fell in love from the first second. The decor is so tasteful, everything was super clean and the two hosts extremely friendly. We lacked nothing. The kitchen equipment is perfect. There was even an electric grill, so we could grill nicely in the evening. The pool provides a wonderful refreshment. However, we could not see from the advertisement in advance that Martial and his wife live on the property. We thought we were private. But the two are extremely unobtrusive, discreet and extremely hospitable. We felt incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, there is not much going on in Sedan itself. But definitely great for hikers and cyclists.

What a great home to stay in. It was clean and everything looked spic and span both inside and out! There is always something to say about each accommodation. - Unfortunately, there were no screens, which is a must - No broom/swiffer or vacuum cleaner present - Window coverings in the bathroom would be very nice - parasol in warm weather or sunshade - toilet flushes with difficulty Which was very nice: - bed linen and bath linen clean and tidy on each bed - spice rack available including basket with garlic and onions - dish soap, tea towel and dishcloth, dishwasher tablets - garbage bags and baking paper - coffee corner - tea, sugar/milk and biscuit - Shower gel and shampoo available - Toilet paper, kitchen paper available Actually, too many to mention. You should go there to experience it! That is the only way to enjoy this paradise!

We had a great and very relaxing weekend at Xavier's place. I loved how cozy he designed the flat and the whole hot tub-saunaarea was super lovely :)

We were welcomed into a beautifully renovated house with high-quality furnishings. It was all there to feel completely comfortable and everything was very clean and well maintained. The house is built in a very open way. For us as a family, it's perfectly fine. May not be suitable for a group with a different composition.

It was the perfect place to start the first day of our trip to the south, nice renovated house and relax garden. Recommanded!

We had a wonderful stay in Gembes. The accommodation is extremely spacious, refurbished with a neat decor and that respects the soul of the house. The kitchen is incredibly beautiful and full of utensils, and high-end appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms complement each other, leaving privacy for everyone. Finally, the children's playroom and the garden allow for a good recreational time! A place to put your suitcases and enjoy! Thank you for everything, you live in a beautiful area!

A highly recommended accommodation with a courteous host! There were many cozy places to stay, both in the garden and in the very tastefully furnished house. And the Jacuzzi was an absolute highlight! We had a very nice stay!

It was a wonderful stay. The accommodation was great, the decor very tasteful. Only the location surprised us a little, because we thought the house would be alone. However, it is integrated into a kind of settlement and very close to other houses.

It's simple: go for it! There is everything you need and even more in this accommodation. For children, there are all kinds of games and lots of books. For adults, you'll find everything you need! The environment is nice, quiet and peaceful Cathy provides very clear instructions Anyway We are very happy there I recommend it!

Nice accommodation with large open kitchen and living room to sit with everyone. Ideal as a starting point for cycling and plenty of space in the garage to store the bikes.

We enjoyed our weekend at Olivier and Catherine's house. The house is very cozy and has a well-equipped kitchen with a nice view of the beautiful garden. Near the kitchen is a pleasant sheltered terrace where you can fully enjoy the sun. In the garden, there is also a nice seating area where you can sit comfortably around the large fire bowl. The bedrooms are very spacious and the sanitary facilities are all in order. There are many opportunities for beautiful walks in the area. In short, recommended!

great cottage, just a shame that it's near a roundabout and not far from the highway. garden almost no fence difficult to leave the dog without a leash, otherwise very very beautiful cottage, we had a very good wk.

Sublime accommodation, very clean, carefully decorated. We remember from this stay the accessibility to the center of Han Sur Lesse, the accessibility to Rochefort and the quality of the utensils available in the kitchen. I highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in a beautiful area and in a beautiful accommodation.

a beautiful,cozy,warm and very clean and complete cottage. Everything is made of wood. Beautiful,with air conditioning heating. Behind the cottage a great garden. Really worth repeating. Entrance,then the kitchen, with fridge, dishwasher,beautiful wooden kitchen, coffee app,kettle,citrus press,combi microwave,electric cooking. Lovely bed,super mattress,bathroom is large, 2 sinks,nice walk-in shower,including bed linen and towels,dishes and tea towels. In the cottage all out tips. Bastogne very nice,the citadel,the war museums and many cycling and hiking trails.

Amazing house in an amazing location! The house is massive with all kinds of amenities for 8 people (including e-bikes and a boat). Jean-Claude was amazing as well, giving a detailed tour of the house and preparing pasta sauce for the first night we arrived there. Well worth the money!
