We had this cottage purpose built 20 years ago and have furnished and appointed it with love and care. One queen bedroom, one king single bedroom and Annexe 3 m away with double bed, electricity and linking deck to Bumblebee. Town water, gas water heating, in a large tree-clad garden, you have privacy + space + parking. New heatpump. Water feature. GHD! Electric blankets. Unsuitable for children under 3. Dogs must be on leash outside as we are rural. No cleaning fees. All linen supplied.

Relax 10 minutes from town in a charming country cottage with all mod cons. Close enough to amenities to explore town but quiet enough to see and hear the tui's, kereru and Ruru (morepork owls) at night. There is a creek running through the bottom paddock for kids to splash in or explore for eels while you enjoy the sun on the patio. 1960s fully renovated home in the heart of Martinborough. Perfect getaway for a couple, family or friends to explore the local boutique wineries or the many attractions the Wairarapa has to offer. We have two queen size rooms and one king single, all bedrooms have good size wardrobes. We have two beautiful large decks one south facing out front and one in the back for all day and evening entertainment. We have new radiator heating to keep you warm in cooler months.

Town is 800m away & within 20-45mins you can be at Mt Bruce, Castlepoint, Riversdale, or Greytown & Martinborough for vineyards & boutique shopping. Ideal for a couple; with the addition of a king single sofa-bed in the lounge. The bathroom is accessed via the bedroom. Convenient carparking is right on the street, with the option for off-street parking by request.

Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor covered BBQ area. Relax in the ~bath~ under the stars. We have a small dog (Lucy), sweet barky Huntaway (Ruby), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Lily) & August (cat). All very friendly. One small fur baby allowed. Please advise when booking.
