Gîte de la Doit, in the heart of nature, 14 people

Our house is located in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by nature, not overlooked, without neighbors, with a panoramic view of more than a hundred kilometers, surrounded by hectares of pasture. Access is via a small private and cobbled path. You will have a private pool of 3 m by 13 m, secured by a fence and an electric shutter, a petanque court, ping-pong table, trampoline, foosball, fire pit and barbecue. Our organic farm is located a little further away.

Located in the tiny hamlet of Toury in the Mâconnais region with its famous Appellations Villages: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Viré-Clessé, the area is ideal for wine tasting as well as being only 10 mins drive from Cormatin, the community of Taizé and the historical town of Cluny.

The location is suitable for families with small children or two to three couples. The surroundings are rural and quiet. You can enjoy hiking, biking, swimming in lakes and visiting towns and castles. Or stay on the property and enjoy the tranquility, nature and phenomenal views.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside.
