Located approximately 7 miles from our Beautiful Bedford where Unique shops, groceries, gas and medical help can be found.

The space is an 1700 sq. ft. basement, with private entrance. 1 full bath, 2 bedrooms, 1 twin bed, and pullout couch in open area, furnished living area with Starlink internet, satellite TV, full size fridge, and cook stove. We rent for outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for wind farm workers on long term agreements. We are 90 miles from the Omaha and 90 miles from the Kansas City. Indian Cave state park 25 miles, Loess Bluffs Refuge 25 miles, 10,000 acres public hunting in 30 mile radius.

The Historic Savannah Reporter Venue

The First Floor 1800 square foot space provides a Great Room perfect for entertaining and stretching out. Set right off the Savannah Square you have a blend of retail and residential neighborhoods nearby for comfortable walks. Four Bedrooms offer space for family members to have privacy while sharing a large common living space. Known to locals as the "Reporter Building" this was built in 1892 to house the newspaper printing press and was converted to living quarters in the last 20 years.

The Second Floor Apartment provides spacious living with a large master bedroom with a king bed and a cozy second bedroom with an adjustable queen bed. Both bedrooms have TVs and desks. The large kitchen gives you room to cook and share a meal. The living room has a futon for a third bed. The windows provide plenty of light and nice views of the quaint town of Savannah. The building is known to locals as the "Reporter Building" built in 1892 housing the area's newspaper.

This open-concept underground guest space features a luxurious king bed in the main area, a cozy queen bedroom, and premium linens throughout. Pets are welcome, with plenty of room to roam. The lower level includes a 65" Smart TV, billiard table, kitchen and comfortable living area. This property is located on the basement level, below ground. While fully private and self-contained, guests should note that natural light and views are limited compared to above-ground spaces.
