This was a great place for us to stay during a friends wedding weekend. We loved going to the nearby Cotuit market for groceries and snacks. There are a few small beaches close by that were very nice to walk on. Nick's house is very comfortable and quiet to stay in. Everything in the house was guest appropriate, very clean spaces, the appliances functioned well and there were plenty of dishes and cooking equipment in the kitchen. The front yard is lovely with so many plants blooming everywhere. The weather was a bit rainy, so we didn't spend much time in the backyard, though it looked inviting. Maybe next time! Thank you!

The house was as described and located in a very pretty, residential neighborhood. Comfortable for 5 adults, very clean and well equipped. A short walk took us to the pond. It was very peaceful with mallards and a couple of swans. Would rent this house again.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

Charming little cottage-style town home just a quick walk from the beach and near a cute marketplace and restaurants. We stayed here while attending a wedding at the Popponesset Inn and were thrilled with how close and convenient the Airbnb was. The beds were super comfy and everything was well stocked. Carrie accommodated an early check-in due to our flight time and was very responsive. Would stay here again next time we’re on Cape Cod!

Absolutely beautiful home. Much bigger than the pictures make it look. The back yard was big and had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. Fire pit, lots of seating and yard games. The front yard was full of birds and we seen rabbits in the back yard running around. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and more. The first floor bathroom has a jetted tub, makes for a nice relaxing bath after sightseeing. We will definitely stay again when we’re in cape cod. The only recommendation I would give is maybe adding more blankets or throw blankets. The beds are very comfortable but the blankets are quite thin. Highly recommend booking the house for your vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We needed to stay close by for a funeral and Jenny & Ania’s spot was just what we needed. We had a very easy check-in, the place was spotless, and was very cozy for our needs. There was a perfectly convenient shopping area with restaurants less than .2 miles away which was great as we got in late. Our only regret is not having time to try the pool! Thanks so much Jenny and Ania.
