Lake hideaway

The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are continental All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned

Forest retreat

Relax and unwind. In our forest corner where you will find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time passes slower here, you wake up to the singing of birds. Our village is located near the Narew River, the larger city is 25 km away - Ostrołęka, or the municipal town of Goworowo (5 km) where you will find shops, etc. On colder days or in winter, the cottage is heated by a fireplace that gives a lot of heat. The entire plot is at the disposal of the tenants - of course, fenced, perfect for pets.

Tilio above Liwac

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

A unique luxury cottage designed for comfort and relaxation surrounded by nature. Enjoy dual heating (underfloor + HAVAC), panoramic meadow views, hardwood oak floors and and private terrace. Inside: fully equipped kitchen, continental Queen Size bed, and oversized rain shower. Relax in your private hot tub on the terrace (Mar–Oct). The cottage is secluded in a private garden on the edge of the meadows, Shared spaces includes hammocks, charcoal grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating.

About 60 km from Warsaw, in the Mazovian countryside, two intimate Tiny Houses await you. You will find peace, quiet and rest so much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax with us without your children or anyone else's. We are happy to accept well-behaved pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. You can use the jacuzzi and sauna - these are extra paid options. We invite you.

LasMinute - a barn with a private hot tub

Our "LasMinute" barn in Kazmierzów is located in the Komory nature reserve in a landscape park surrounded by the Natura 2000 area. An exclusive hot tub, SUP board, bicycles, comfortable furnishings, fireplace, terrace and numerous attractions make it a great place to relax. Huge space around, proximity to the forest and lakes, but also bicycle trails. The house is 97 sq m. We can comfortably accommodate six people with 3 separate bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen.

A charming cabin in the forest, 100 meters from a lake. The space includes a loft bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom. Outside a fire pit area, projector + screen (indoors and outdoors) for movie nights under the stars. This is a soulful place, not built for commercial rental. Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.
