stayed for two days. Great value for the price. The place was clean with lots of towels and bedsheets. Kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was a bit creaky. Neighborhood seemed sketchy at first, as the apartment is on top of a standalone building with a shop on the ground floor, but overall, I felt safe

We had an incredible experience staying at Aleksandra’s place! From the moment I booked, communication was seamless and prompt. The check-in process was easy, and we were warmly welcomed with a personal touch that made us feel right at home. The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The little details, like the candles, were such thoughtful touches. Aleksandra was always available to answer any questions and provided excellent local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to several beautiful lakes, making it easy to explore the area.

Contact and conditions super proportional to the price. So perfect! We traveled 2+2 and didn't feel uncomfortable for a while. We'll be back at the earliest opportunity to stay in Warsaw. Thank you.

"Sołtysówka" is a great place. Cottage comfortable, cozy, freshly renovated, clean. A super yard, a trampoline, chickens, delicious fresh eggs, cats, a large gazebo where you can hang out. Great privacy. Children were delighted :) Very responsive and friendly owners. We got a lot of tips that we took advantage of and we visited very nice places. Highly recommend:)

Great place for a quick getaway from Warsaw

Year-round house equipped with all necessary amenities (bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, fireplace) on the ground floor and one sleeping area upstairs with space for 4 people. The house is located in a summerhouse on a large plot, the neighborhood is not a hassle. Hosts have prepared wood for the fireplace, hammocks, sun loungers, and two city bikes. In the area you can go for a beautiful walk to the meadows, and there are several bike tours. Shops are available in Różana. Good contact with Elżbieta, who puts a lot of effort into preparing the house so that guests are happy with their stay. I recommend this place especially for a quiet and lazy few days without chasing experiences.

Nice place, I traveled with my family and my dog. Two rental homes on a fenced property. On a low busy road. Nice woods to walk a few minutes from the cottage. Apartment bdb equipped, warm and cozy. A bedroom on the mezzanine is surprisingly spacious and comfortable.

The stay at this cottage was absolutely outstanding! Everything is arranged with taste – new, immaculately clean and very functional. It is evident that every detail has been carefully thought out. The area is magical – green, peaceful, with the possibility of lighting a fire and swinging on a charming swing with a view of nature. The owners are wonderful, warm people who create an amazing atmosphere. We will certainly return more than once!

The place is perfect for a peaceful getaway. There was no living soul there during the week. The cottage is not on the main road, so there is only the sounds of nature. The look of the cottage is analogous to the photos. Inside, basic amenities are enough to prepare food. Near the cottage there is a hammock, a swing, a small birch tree, and a lot of space. A very kind and helpful host. The only thing we didn't like was encouraging us to "extra experiences" including the hot tub, which the listing says is included. At the same time, without informing us that they are charged extra. 200 zlotys for one evening in a hot tub or sauna is quite excessive. In addition, there is a second cottage on the plot - it is worth asking if there will be no second guests at the same time. Still, we recommend it!

Thank you for the opportunity to spend a quiet time in the cottage in the forest! We are delighted with this trip. The communication with you and the owner of the house went very well. The building and the surrounding area were exactly as in the photos, we had privacy and help on site. The only drawback (independent of the state) is the entrance to get to the property. You have to be patient and drive slowly, because you literally drive into the forest. We couldn't find the toaster on site, which was indicated in the house equipment, but it wasn't a big problem for us. We have very good memories of this place and if we come to the next trip, we will first consider your home! <3

Great place and wonderful stay. It has never been in a place so prepared for all the needs of guests. And the possibilities of observing nature and experiencing it in this place are amazing! PS: (because I was looking for this information myself) the access is via a forest road - much better than I expected from this location, but there is no asphalt/concrete in the heart of the forest :)

Nice quiet place from the hustle and bustle. We were with my family, everything is great, but we couldn't connect to the Internet ... The password was poorly visible on the card the host left... But all these are small things, I recommend this place, cozy, as well as a BBQ area and a playground for children to play... Thank You

Great for a quiet family getaway. The house is close to the forest, a short distance from the forest beach. Fenced area (two lots with cottages), you can bring a dog and don't worry about going outside the fence. Shopping can be done in nearby Zbice. The home has all the necessary amenities and amenities, as well as a bookshelf full of crime novels 😊 Very nice host. Very good contact. We have another arrival in plans 🫶

First, the hosts were very welcoming and communicative. Already prior to arrival I received all the information I needed and during the stay they were available for any questions. The check-in went smoothly and the keys were as agreed for me. The apartment itself was as described and photographed – clean, well-equipped, and cozy. The bed was comfortable and an added bonus was the wifi and aesthetic decor that made me feel at home.

great stay! We had a small issue with the heating and the host resolved right away! fantastic and clean location. In the evening there was a little noise but nothing unlivable. great!
