Edian's place is in the perfect location—just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Varadero. We visited when the water was pristine and stunning, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything was set up for us upon arrival, and the convenience and comfort of the space made our stay even better. It’s truly a prime location—we couldn’t have picked a better place. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay in Varadero! The house has all the necessary amenities: it is very clean, comfortable and perfect for cooking — something we did often and we always found everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which allowed us to rest very well. The outdoor space is spacious, shaded and very pleasant, ideal for relaxing, and the outdoor shower was a great plus when returning from the beach. These are small details that really improve the experience. The Internet connection was the most limited, but this is a general issue in Cuba, not just at the house. Even so, most of the time we manage to connect without any problems. We also want to highlight Dallis, who was instrumental with the daily cleaning and always extremely kind. And Vivian, who was always available to help us with everything we needed. We left with the feeling of leaving a family behind. We will definitely be back here. ❤️

The house is just like the pictures. Very comfortable. What we enjoyed the most was the doorway with the armchairs. I loved that each room had its independence, each with its own bathroom. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, very well equipped. The beach walking three steps. There was a lot of peace of mind in the neighborhood. We will definitely repeat

I was very well supported by Mrs. Ada, who was always available and kind. The house is organized in everything, even for blackouts. There are two beautiful rooms, and it is a super comfortable house to recommend.

Had an amazing time with my family thanks to Mina’s special attention. We are very thankful for her, the house itself it’s really nice and located just across from the beach. However, the best thing about this house is Mina and her niece. They’d do everything and beyond to make you feel at home.

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Our host Yamile was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the space felt like a true home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

From the point of view of my experience, I can say that it was the best decision I make in renting the house. The hosts are very professional people and above all very good people, an incredible familiarity. The reception was very good and never throughout the stay we feel unattended, the same thing Ana that Miguel is super attentive. Didn’t expect the experience to be like this. The value you get for what you pay is surreal. The house is located right beside the beach. From how the room is, with it’s facilities and the place where you can sit in the garden. The host treats he’s guests like family. From the moment i arrived to guanabo I was recieved. Showed the way to the place. The host made sure that I had everything i needed and if I had any questions about the area, what a person can do for activities. I will definetly return. Because of the high value for the money. How relaxing the stay is and the area in general. When the sun is shining you get the feeling that you are home and you just want to stay. Felipe’s and Maria’s accommodation is TOP! Felipe is very proactive- will help you with everything. He gave us many useful infos and tips for trips, restaurants etc. the accommodation is clean, close to beach and in very good neighborhood. He will help you organize trips. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone! Thanks to Felipe and Maria our trip was perfect!

Excellent peaceful small homestay in a beautiful tropical garden very close to the beach. Many places for breakfast and lunch.

We spent two wonderful nights in Loli's apartment, going out and walking 2 steps to be on the beach is priceless, unbeatable sunsets, and a very good area to eat and enjoy different places. Spectacular air conditioning, you won't be hot at night. Loli took care of us very well and has been very attentive to us and our needs at all times, she is a very close and warm person, and with a lot of culture, we really could not have chosen a better place to stay in Varadero. Don't hesitate to take this experience to truly live Varadero. ❤️

A highly recommended place! My husband and I stayed for a weekend with our dog and the experience couldn't have been better. Janet is a great host who made us feel at home and made everything easier to make the stay even better. The pool area is incredible and you are also a few meters from the beach. A 10/10, we will definitely be back.

Location is very good, in a quiet area, few mins to the beach. Apartment is as described and showed in pictures. Host is very responsive, flexible and helpful.

It was a very nice stay here in this house. Pedro the host was very helpful and took care of all requests. Very warm host who tries to realize all wishes. It is an authentic stay and you are right in the middle of it with the locals. You can walk to a supermarket, where you only pay with a visa or master card, but there are also fruits and vegetables and bars, restaurant and much more. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. It is highly recommended, you have the complete upper floor to yourself. It is a heart recommendation, I was here with toddler and 5 more people. If you don't want to travel much but want to see something other than Havana or a few days by the beach, I can really recommend it here. The flat is big, comfortable, just like in the pictures. Manuel was nice. The house is very close to the local beach. It's very easy to go to Varadero from there, there are taxis or local buses.
