Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Elmdale Treehouse

Elmdale Treehouse is nestled in the trees of historic Chase County. It provides the perfect quiet retreat for couples looking to get away from it all. This prairie hideaway is spacious enough for small families and just minutes away from The National Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, as well as the oldest working Kansas courthouse. Enjoy fishing at the Chase State Lake just a few miles up the road or wade through the cool waters of the Chase Lake Falls and wildlife area. Located in a very old town.

On the water and nestled in the trees, its a great location for a private get away. The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. Additional sleeping with futons in the TV room and lakeview room. Enjoy brick-paved patio with colorful adirondaks around fire pit, a hammock, horseshoes, ping pong, charcoal grill and picnic table. For the explorers, there are plenty of gravel roads to bike, kayaks available for the pond, and flora and fauna to find. ***Please note*** This is a dry cabin-meaning there are no water facilities inside, but there is an exterior entrance to a bathroom/shower off the main house that is available 24/7.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

Grace Hill Grain Bin-A Unique Cabin by the Pond

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.

A quiet, beautiful, setting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
