Holiday rentals with beach access in Matosinhos

Great stay. The kitchen/living room layout is especially really nice and Sonia was very helpful and communicative!

Ideal location, close to the wineries and waterfront, but not in the center of Porto (across the river) so quieter than it would have been. Still close to everything and close to 2 metro stops. No elevator but that was clear in description. Nice view.

Nice place right at the beach and about 15/20 from Porto City Center - an easy drive or take an Uber. Plenty of parking upfront. Well thought out rooms and all the amenities - very clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

The place as others have mentioned is better than the photos - The walls are white not yellow - very peaceful - Fun to watch the activity on the beach - and surfer school - - We/ and Uber had difficulty finding it only because we didn't realize in Portugal the street number is after the street not before - Everyone is very helpful and there is a doorman on duty that helps as well -There are many great restaurants within walking distance - Diana is very helpful and fast in responding to any needs - We very much enjoyed our visit

Fantastic view, located directly on the beach. Maria was very friendly and always easy to reach. The apartment was super equipped, nothing was missing. Good location, the city center is easy to reach by bus.

The location is really fantastic, although you can't go to sleep before midnight on weekends when the weather is nice. The hustle and bustle on the promenade sometimes goes on until the early hours of the morning.

Maria greeted us and had cheese and cold beverages and a few other amenities in the fridge , we were able to get some great information she was very friendly and helpful . The views were fantastic exactly like the photo’s . Went to the Espinho market on Monday it was huge great deals and something for everyone was easy to get there . Plenty of walkways all along the ocean you can walk for miles . The train station is very close that you can take to Porto just FYI if you do take the train to Sao Bento Porto which is the downtown you have to change to Train 2 at the main station. This area is easy to get around and parking was close and free. Would love to come back to this area to explore some more .

Beautifully located! Wonderful view, excellent bakeries nearby. Good to have a secure, inside place to park our car.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Pro's: -The view is phenomenal!! - The location is practical and central (bus and metro stops nearby) - Large bedroom (also a beautiful view!) -Genug Platz - In the kitchen, everything you need is there (a second pot would be nice) -All was clean -There is an elevator (apartment is on the 7th floor) Cons: - The ventilation in the bathroom turns on automatically in the afternoon and does not turn off again until the next morning. It is very loud and looks dirty, and it also gives off an unpleasant smell when it runs. You should always have the bathroom door open for ventilation. No dishwasher - Large and noisy construction site around the corner Overall, I had a great stay and felt comfortable!

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. We received extensive explanations about the area and the apartment. Nothing was too much. Plus were the 2 bikes we were allowed to use to visit the city of Porto. Owner is very attentive and helpful. Should we want to visit Porto again, we will definitely take this accommodation again!

This place was perfect for our stay. We had a tough time finding this place, roads are very different from where we live. Andrea was great, she met us hopped in the car with us and directed to the place. Wish we had more time to explore the area. Beautiful location, near the water with lots to do. We took the 20 minute bus ride to downtown Porto however opted to take a Bolt back. Highly recommend you to stay at Andrea’s and Ricardo’s place when visiting Porto!

This apartment is spectacular!! It has the feel of a luxury San Francisco penthouse apartment. We could listen to the waves at night. Multiple restaurants are within a 2 block area! While It's not technically IN Porto, it's a very inexpensive Uber ride away...and we saw a lot of the city that way without having to walk! The platform bed setup as one solid bed was a bit challenging for an older couple, but overall, the apartment made it worth the challenge! We'd definitely stay there again!

The accommodation is spacious, very clean and tidy and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall, we felt very comfortable One small drawback is that the bedrooms face the cobblestone street – it can be a little louder, especially at night. During our stay, Graduation Week also took place, which is why many celebrating students were on the road, which further amplified the noise backdrop. Nevertheless, the accommodation is highly recommended overall!
