Kristin has been great with communication, offering early check in as soon as the place is available. Location is excellent, lake front, next to many restaurants and most importantly, 3 min walk to Wai Ariki hot spring which is the main reason for our visit to Rotorua. Note though because of the proximity to Eat Street - Friday night particularly can be very noisy , music well into 1am . The pull out couch at the study does sleep the 5th guest, but the study is more a recess from the kitchen area, so whoever sleeps there bring eye mask and ear plugs.

Lovely spot, great view in a great location! Delicious cafe underneath, will definitely be staying again!

This has to be the best Airbnb.I ve ever stayed in , it's got full sky tv everything is brand new , the furniture , the beds , the bathrooms , the kitchen , will definitely stay here again good job Lynne

Awesome wee modern cottage only about 5 minutes from Kati Kati township. Would happily stay again.

I stayed at Glori’s place for a couple of nights on work trip. The place is great, good location and Glori offered some great tips on places to eat etc, she even leant me an umbrella which was kind of her. Would recommend!

Another fantastic stay at this lovely house in the most perfect location. Being able to head around the lake so easily is such a bonus. Tracy was very quick with all communication and queries I had. Everything you need is in the hosue and the bd very comfortable. # WIll definitely stay again when in Hamilton

Julie and Menno's place is super clean and super accurate to the description. Amenities listed are amenities you get. Everything is there. Coffee pods, heater, massive TV with netflix. Near enough to town but not too close hence you get a bit of quiet and serenity. Instructions are very clear. The welcome snack is a cute little bonus! Very attentive hosts, and they're always quick to respond to comms as well. 11/10 - would totally stay here again!

We wish we could stay in Hamilton one more day because we enjoyed the city so much. And Alex’s place is definitely one of our highlights in Hamilton. All of my families are very satisfied with the experience. Good location, comfortable beds and amenities beyond our expectations. All the details showed how considerate the host is to anyone who will stay at her place. Alex is very proactive and responsive in communication and she prepared baby’s stuff for me which was really useful. More importantly, she helped me recover my lost personal item after checkout. Definitely recommend!

Second stay here, heater was on when i arrived so house was beautifully warm. Lovely and peaceful and well set up so homely and comfortable.

We had such a fun time at this property. We visited with friends for my Fiancés birthday and it literally had everything we needed! The favourites were the hot tub and table tennis table. The beds were luxurious and comfy with amazing views from each room. It was so peaceful and relaxing - we all had a perfect time. Thanks so much for having us!

Erin’s place was great for our short stay in Raglan. Despite the cold wet weather, it was very warm and cosy with the fire going. The house was clean, comfy and exactly as described. Communication with Erin was easy and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

The Starling Box is definitely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Janina is an exceptional host - she gave us a lovely, warm welcome and showed us all around her beautiful, modern home. The home itself is clean, well appointed and has all the comforts of home. We appreciated the extra touches that are evident throughout the house that make everything cozy and comfy - from warm blankets to a well kitchen stocked with delicious breakfast items, coffee, tea and snacks. The space is peaceful and inviting, and you can feel the love that went into every detail of this fantastic Airbnb. We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.
