Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Perfect place to stay for us as we specifically wanted to be in Kingsland. The space was lovely, so well thought out, the access to cafes, bus etc was so easy. Couldn’t have been better - and adorable dog Goose made my day by greeting me when I came back from a run.

Lynda's and Gary's house is a great place to stay in Auckland. The surroundings are beautiful and nature is everywhere. A peaceful environment not too far away from the city center that can easily be reached by bus. Other facilities are close to their place too. The house is clean, well-organised and cosy. Lynda and Gary a both very kind and helpful persons. I was lucky to meet them and their place will always feel like home to me. Thank you so much for everything :)

Alan's' place is spacious, very comfortable and has a good view of Auckland city. It's only about 10-15 min walk to the centre of Auckland and it's easy to find. Alan made it convenient that various facilities in the apartment were accessible, like the kitchen and the washing machine. The room was ensuite and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Previous guests had mentioned about the noise at the weekend, but it did not bother me even without using the earplugs that Alan had provided. Alan was very kind and forgiving when I left some food grease mark on the bedsheet, so it's important that future guests do not eat in the room, as one of the house rules. I would recommend Alan's to all guests passing through Auckland.

I had a wonderful time staying at Caril and Brians and felt so welcome in their home. It's a perfect location get around the city via public transport and loved being so close to the Kingsland shops and cafes. To top it all off I had the pleasure of meeting their two adorable cats. Thanks for a lovely stay!
