Due to the central location (between the train station and the trade fair), the typical destinations - trade fair, old town, city center, sightseeing - are very easy to reach.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet yet central location. Completely newly renovated. The apartment is located in the south of Nuremberg; the city center, and especially the trade fair (about 25 minutes on foot), can be reached quickly and easily by all means of transport. Due to the ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for those looking for a centrally located feel-good place. The bathroom is small but very practical. Kitchenette, fridge, French press and toaster are provided.

Supermarkets, restaurants... in the immediate vicinity. Tram, subway too. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the center.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

QUIET APT "SUNSHINE" with PARKING & BALCONY

The spacious, light-flooded 4-room 100 sqm apartment with a large balcony offers everything for a comfortable stay. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the entrance. All rooms are bright and modernly furnished. The whole apartment is very bright, quiet and is great for relaxing or working. The bright and friendly bathroom with shower is equipped with towels, shower bath and hair dryer. In addition, there is another separate toilet.

In-law near Messe & Playmobil FUN PARK

The 45 m² one-storey apartment is located in the Bauernfeind marshalling yard settlement, in the attic of our house. The metro can be reached on foot in 10 min. and one stop away from the fair (20 min. on foot). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is space for max. 5 people. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.
